Disappointed with Staff Experience I was recently admitted to this hospital and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with some of the staff. While I understand that hospitals are busy and stressful environments, I felt that the level of care and professionalism was lacking during my stay. Some of the staff were unapproachable and dismissive, making it difficult to communicate my concerns or ask for help when I needed it most. I felt ignored at times, and basic needs were not always met in a timely or respectful manner. It's disheartening to go through a health issue and feel like you're not being treated with empathy or dignity. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and invests in staff training to improve patient care and communication moving forward.

Dr Harshvardhan is very good doctor for kidney related problems And taking care of me. Overall all the services were fantastic plus all other staff is very polite and humble. Nurse were really experienced

I had to wait from 1030am to 0100pm o clock and as of now I am still waiting. I understand we may need to wait but not beyond 1hour. Trust me, anywhere wait is beyond 1 hour is a red flag. Any hospital with tech can diagnos. I just see treatment to patients but I don't see value adding treatment. I just don't see in anyway this Hopital values patients TIME.

Here Doctor's have the commission with the lab person, simply you go for what ever the cause Doctor wright prescription for the Blood check. Which minimum cost of 800+, after to that once you back to the doctor with blood report they will not look into the report at all. They don't have humanity they will not bother about patients wether they are poor or rich they want just money

Im Dinesh k, I was came to KRS Hospital with Breathing difficulty when i came to emergency Dr Shridhar and Dr Yogeesh started immediately with Heart attack related inj. and all Doctors explained the treatment and cost, Im very happy with treatment and Hospital cleanness and Staff all are very friendly, Hospital have all advanced machines to help the treatment. now im alive becoz of this Hospital and Doctors, I recomd this hospital to all Heart attack and other problems

We had a very disappointing experience at KRS Hospital. My mother underwent angioplasty a week ago and cannot sit for long periods, which is why we scheduled an appointment in advance. Despite this, the nursing staff was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy. Nurse Jenifer, in particular, allowed four other patients to go in ahead of us, even though we had a confirmed appointment. As a result, we had to wait in the OPD from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM due to poor patient management. The hospital seriously needs to improve its appointment system and train its staff to be more professional and compassionate
