The doctors are excellent, but the appointment and consultation process is highly disappointing. While the clinic claims to take telephone appointments, the system does not function as expected. Upon visiting, names are noted, and appointment numbers are assigned on the spot, effectively making it a first-come, first-serve system. This lack of transparency creates confusion and inconvenience for patients. If there is no proper appointment system in place, patients should be informed beforehand so they can plan accordingly. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue at this clinic.
