I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Abhishek. They were kind, patient, and truly professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment was effective, and I felt confident throughout the process. I'm very grateful for their care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate spine doctor

I visited Bangalore hospital for a medical investigation, and to my surprise, it turned out to be a very reassuring experience . From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The CT technician took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped ease my anxiety. The test were done efficiently, and the nurses were kind and gentle throughout. What I appreciated most was how everyone made me feel at ease, showing genuine care and attention. I left the hospital feeling relieved and confident in the care I received. It's comforting to know that such supportive and competent medical services are available when we need them.

640 CT scan machine does superfast and my relatives came out quickly. And hospital staff was also very much supportive.

I visited Dr Vivek Kadambi today for an optometrist appointment which I would give 5 stars for as he was great. I reached there 10 minutes before to register and the registration staff was more than helpful as well. They completed my registration in 10 minutes and asked me to get my vitals checked. But here, I waited for a simple vitals check for half an hour and the nurse was nowhere to be seen. This is ridiculous that they have the lab check vitals and blood drawn by just 1 person who has to run around and do god knows what while she has a long line of patients waiting to get to their appointments. I would have given this review a lot fewer stars if it wasn't for the Doctors and the registration staff.

We went through leg surgery for my Mom. We felt we had a good experience. However, the hospital showed its true colors. They overbilled 3.5 lac for a hip fracture because we are not locals. They said it would cost 2 to 2.5 lac. Just because we have insurance, they overbilled and showed their true identity. They took signatures on a high bill, saying the documents needed to be sent for an insurance claim without any clarification of the bill amount. Once the insurers approved 80%, and when we questioned why the bill was so high, they responded that we accepted the bill amount and signed it. They betrayed us with smooth words. They just need money; they have no values or ethics. They did not even serve dinner that night to the patient. I know all Indian hospitals are like this, and this is no different. Beware ! while signing anything, don't listen to their smooth words, get clarity first.

My experience at Bangalore Hospital has been nothing short of exceptional--an easy 10/10. From the warm and efficient front desk team to the attentive nursing staff and the brilliant providers, every interaction exceeded expectations. I feel truly fortunate to have been in the care of Dr. Somashekar Gejje, whose deep expertise, clear communication, thorough patient education, realistic guidance, and outstanding surgical skills made all the difference. It's no surprise I walked out knowing I had chosen the right place. The journey from the US was more than worth it! Highly recommend Dr. Gejje; he's truly amazing!

I had gone for my CT Coronary. Was well handled by the support staff... they insisted I do a Google rating... where I would have given a 4 or a 5 star...I decided to wait till I get the report... and 1) It took 30 hours and follow up to get the doctors report and 48 hrs for the CD to be delivered 2) the comparison column says none.. whereas I had given the report and print out of the 640 slice CT done 2 years back before at the time of registration. 3) the report 2 years back was much more extensive with coloured print outs of the 3D images.. which could be easily shared with doctors/ experts over messages/ mail 4) when one pays a premium. ( Most hospitals in Blr charge 15k.. here it's 20k)..expectation is the output/ packaging is also upto the mark...a suggestion, since the report was done by a consultant who could do it only when he/ she came to the hospital.. a soft copy or images could have cut short the time.. helps the patient too

We came to the radiology department for a CT Angio scan. I haven't seen a more professional and friendly environment than this. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses and the technicians were just amazing at their jobs. We were in and out within 90 minutes. No fuss, just good people, good at their jobs doing the best for their patients
