Good doctor, who paid attention to the details and explained the process well. Nice and professional staff who attended to all the needs till my discharge. Could have been better in the amenities provided in the ward room.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Navachetana Hospital. My in-law underwent knee replacement surgery under the expert care of Dr. Girish H R and the orthopedic department, and we couldn't be more grateful for the outcome. From admission to discharge, the entire process was smooth and professionally handled. Dr. Girish H R was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and thorough in explaining the procedure and post-operative care. His confidence and approach immediately put us at ease. The nursing staff was attentive and caring throughout the stay, ensuring comfort and responding promptly to every need. The hospital itself was very clean, organized, and well-equipped, creating a safe and reassuring environment. Thanks to the exceptional team at Navachetana Hospital and special thanks to Nursing and Insurance team (Nikil) with the help of them the surgery was smooth and successful and recovery has been going well. We truly appreciate the quality of care and support we received. Highly recommended for anyone seeking orthopedic treatment! Got a Septoplasty/ FESS / Turbinoplasty Surgery done here. The experience was awesome. Hospital may not have the 5 star hotel services that you get in "BIG" hospitals. The quality of medical service is good and the staff is very friendly. The costs are reasonable in today's world where all hospitals are trying to just make money. To summarise, it is a good hospital

Their only response to every issue I or my family have had is SURGERY. Whenever I've gone for a second opinion, then the doctor said that that's not even the case and surgery is unnecessary. Never go here, all they care about is money. They'll immediately ask you to get admitted and not discharge you

My mother was admitted here for 10 days after an accident & undergone shoulder replament surgery. We received very good treatment from doctors, nurses & all the supporting staff. Especially Dr. Balakrishna & Dr.Rajesh use to visit on daily basis & use to explain in detail about diagnosis, treatment method & answered all our queries. Nurses were well behaved, sincere, did checkup, gave medicine on time & were supportive. Cleaning staff was also sincere & did their job well. Overall very good experience & it helped my mother recover quickly. Thanks to all the Navchenthna team

Had heard a lot about Dr Rajesh, so wanted to get checked by him when I had high fever and headache. I looked at practo and saw that slots were available for appointment booking. I guess my mistake was to call the hospital beforehand instead of booking an appointment on the app. The receptionist picked up and told me that they don't take appointments only direct walkin is available on first come first basis and gave the timing. When I reached I was told there are 20 people before me, but my name was entered at number 33. How? Because they had patients who had taken appointments who had not yet arrived. The nurses told me we can put you in the middle somewhere if an appoinment doesn't show up. I kept on waiting for 2 hours. After two hours they tell me there are still 8 patients, and some of those were those who didn't turn up in time for their appinments. I waited some more, still after almost three hours when people who came way after me were going in I went to the reception gave them back the paper and left. What kind of ethics is this making a patient with high fever and severe hadache wait for 3 hours? It was a total waste of time and money, I would have felt much better if I had stayed at home and rested perhaps. Total mismanagement by the staff, highly understaffed only two inefficient nurses handling patients of 4-5 doctors, no patients were being called. Preference was given to people who were speaking kannada. I got tired of seeing people who came after me going in again and again. as for doctor Rajesh, I guess I will never know how good of a doctor he is because I left and I am never going back.

Very good service and cooperation by the staff, especially srinivas sir who helped a lot with his service regarding claim of insurance . All the doctors treat with pristine care and concern. The environment was hygienic and homely, greatful to the hospitality and care of all the staff members.
