Absolutely amazing system of First In First Out. The ECG, TMT, ECHO, EEG, Ultrasound, etc. are all modernized with self check in screens. No more waiting for the attendants to arrive to take your receipts for ECG/ECHO/Etc. Just enter your registered mobile number and proceed to get a token number and wait for the display to show your token number. Absolutely delighted to see the type of service rendered. Kudos to the team on prioritising patient comfort and convenience.

Visited this hospital with my wife due to a small pain in her chest. We believed it to be a gas issue, but we decided to get it checked to avoid any possible risk. We reached there around 3 am, and she was taken aside. An approximate bill of 8k plus the cost of medicines was generated for some required tests to be done and handed over to the doctor. The doctor asked me if I was ready to pay the amount. I agreed to pay the bill, and after about 45 minutes, one doctor came to me and explained that the problem was indeed gas trouble. They were doing some blood tests and an LFT to make sure my wife was okay. Later, my wife was discharged, and I received 4 pages of test results, along with the bill, which cost me nearly 9,000. They also gave her a drip, though I'm not sure why. These hospitals simply loot our money. Beware of it. However, the service and the attitude of the staff were good, though.

Waste of time visiting here, They waste lot of time making patients wait in the lobby, no proper structure. Doctors won't come in time to their cabin. Even after taking appointment Doctors won't be there in their room. Not recommended.

Visited this hospital a few days back to consult a general medicine doctor Ms/Mrs Niviea C and had an awful experience with both the staff and the doctor. First of all, the point of making an appointment beforehand is to not wait outside for 15 minutes and after that when finally I was able to meet the doctor, well the doctor's attitude towards me was very unpleasant. I feel you need to have some amount of compassion and should listen to your patient's queries and problems patiently, plus the staff was also not very organized, kind and responsive. Overall, I was very disappointed and went to a different hospital for a consultation.

I have visited the hospital 3 times till now and as i was not aware of the loot happening inside the hospital I was happy about their service though the bill was 12k for simple gastric issue. Further when i visited hospital for my concern with unnatural yellow fluid coming out of my nose, the doctor suggested me for CT scan. Till then it was fine but the doctor further suggested me for a nose sinus surgery even if there was no need. I believed them and spent 8k on the tests suggested. An elderly couple sitting near by me while waiting for the last routine test suggested me to take second opinion from any other doctor. And it came out that I didn't need any surgery at all and the DOCTOR who did suggest me for the surgery, suggests 90 percent of patients visiting him the same.I thought may be the doctor was fraud not the hospital. But again when I visited the hospital for the third time, now I could get the whole story. Till they get the money they will talk to you very generously and politely. But once you pay the money for payment they don't care. The hospital's agenda is simply making money from even smallest health concerns of people. As there are no other standard hospitals around people still do visit this hospital. But this is not even a 3 star hospital as it claims to be the best hospitals around. They just play with you to make money.

Overall health services good. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Please add more staffs and beds for emergency service...There are many patients in queue.. This is only open feedback from long

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Sharath for his exceptional care and professionalism. From the moment we met him, he explained everything clearly, patiently addressed all our concerns, and guided us through the treatment process with genuine empathy and expertise. His calm demeanor and reassuring presence made a big difference, especially during a stressful time for our family.

The patient management is very bad. Saw a dozen upset patients waiting in line.
