I recently visited Maa Kauvery hospitals for women & Children for my delivery. Chief Gynaecologist Dr. Anu Joseph took great care of us. She was exceptional and helped a lot during delivery and the pre-checkups. Dr.Sreelakshmi, Jaymary sister, Bharathi sister, Pooja sister, Rajalakshmi sister and entire staff did a great job. Patient care service was done well by Savitha. The facilities were hygienic and housekeeping staff were good.Thank you to the whole team. Overall, I had a really good experience at Maa Kauvery.

Consulted Dr Aswath . He's is really good and kind and friendly doctor . Good experience. My husband was there in kauvery for 19 days including 11 days in icu. All doctors are really good . Critical care chief Doctor Murali , he's so polite & kind & he changed my thinking about icu. Dr sabreesh of incur is really cooperative . And can't forget to thanks Dr Vinay (gastroenterology) he is the main doctor. He is so good. Explaining all things so nicely and very polite and kind and his smile is really good as it gives positive vibes . All other staff is good .

The nursing staff was extremely caring, attentive, and available whenever needed, making the stay much more comfortable. The food provided was fresh, nutritious, and suitable for patient needs. Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout the premises, including patient rooms and restrooms. The admission and discharge processes were smooth and efficiently handled by courteous staff. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of care and services provided.

A Masterclass in Inefficiency and Indifference If you think government hospitals are slow, wait until you experience this one. OPD billing drags endlessly, IP admission is worse, and staff indifference is unmatched. I was admitted on Jan 29 for an ETEP procedure and given Room 216--a disaster zone with a non-working AC, a stinking bathroom, a leaking flush, and a fungus-covered ceiling. Maintenance? A security guard was called to "fix" things. When nothing worked, they handed me a pedestal fan and asked me to "adjust." Staff had zero professionalism--loud, unempathetic, and visibly unhappy with their jobs. Post-surgery food was inedible, and nurses conveniently "forgot" to bring my juice on time. The discharge process? A masterpiece in inefficiency. Despite pre-submitting insurance details, my bill was "stuck in the system," while staff casually chatted. When I requested my cannula be removed due to discomfort and minor bleeding, nurses refused, citing "hospital policy" while showing no concern. Meanwhile, I was inexplicably moved to a new room with a feverish patient, contradicting the doctor's infection risk warning. This hospital excels at one thing: testing your patience. If you enjoy delays, unhygienic conditions, and rude staff, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.
