Excellent doctor, spends enough time for diagnosis and prescribes only the most necessary tests or medicines. In an age of exploitation doctors like this are rare and precious gems. One suggestion to the doctor is please replace the receptionist, she's cold and doesn't give a hoot to the patients.

I had a great experience with Dr Sab at my recent appointment. He is very thorough and has a great manner & profesionalism that put me at ease . Would highly recommend him.

Disappointed. 1. There is no fixed consultancy charges. 2. Receptionist is extremely dumb, not even ready to listen the case and assist. 3. Doctor's also not co-operative with the patient. 4. The provided bill is just a local bill without gst. And the attached bill is the third attempt of drafting the bill when asked again and again because she was scribbling on the bill again and again.

""I had a terrible experience with this doctor, whom I've been consulting for the past year. Throughout this time, there has been no proper treatment, poor coordination, and consistently rude behavior from both the doctor and his staff. Recently, I reached out to him for a cardiologist fitness evaluation needed for surgery. Instead of offering help, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I explained that the patient was already admitted to the hospital and I was just seeking advice, he criticized my decision to go there, insisting I should have consulted him first. Despite knowing the patient was already in the hospital, he refused to provide any advice unless we brought the patient to him. As a doctor, one would expect professionalism, respect, and politeness when dealing with patients and their families, but his behavior was completely the opposite. He seems to care more about money than patient well-being. Offering sound advice should be his priority, but instead, his conduct is appalling. He also insists on unnecessary monthly consultations without providing any useful suggestions or conducting even basic tests, like an echocardiogram. Each visit is just a repeat of the last, with no progress or meaningful care. I strongly advise anyone considering this doctor to cross-check thoroughly before proceeding."

My experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor appeared uncooperative from the outset, quoting a consultation fee of INR 650 before my clinic visit. However, following the consultation, I was shocked when the receptionist informed me that the total amount due was INR 1050. I must also note that the receptionist's demeanor was extremely poor and unprofessional for a customer-facing role that demands politeness and cooperation. Upon seeking clarification, I was informed that this amount included charges for registration and a sugar test, typically totaling INR 170. I was baffled as to how this added up to INR 1050. After further discussion, the amount was inexplicably reduced to INR 905, and eventually settled at INR 820, covering the sugar test and registration fees. Unlike hospitals that employ advanced software for registration, this clinic relies solely on manual methods using pen and paper, yet charges registration fees. Furthermore, the doctor made disparaging remarks about reputable clinics like RxDx, alleging their use of incorrect equipment and provision of inaccurate reports. Such comments were surprising and concerning. Moreover, the bill provided lacked essential details such as a GST number. I have attached the bill for reference. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic in Bengaluru. My experience was exceptionally poor and overall very disappointing. If possible, I would give a negative rating without hesitation.
