    Good.... But I will not tell best. For Middle class for best. If you have insurance is good. Now it's growing hospital. I think more doctor should be in hospital. Now available duty doctors in there in hospital. Main head-doctor come 2 time in a day. ________________________________________ My request:- i) Doctor team a) while explaining patient report. Please don't explain negative thought or words. (In front of patient ) If patient health problem also. b) we should wait for main doctor.it will be hour or 2 days. c) 3 type of doctors will tell 3 type food to give patient 1st doctor - give only coconut water. - no fresh juice and no food 2nd doctor - give only fresh juice - no coconut water and no food 3rd doctor - give only food - no liquid food Next day morning 1st doctor come and explain - take only coconut water only [So patient and family members get confused] here patient will confuse which kind of food we should take for our health. ii) Nursing team They are good at work. Please respond for patient call time immediately. Mainly at night time My big main request. Pls open Frist canteen service to for patient. ________________________________________ At last I am not telling that doctor or bad. I am telling the problem to change. In each very big hospital also problem will be there. Even small hospital also you people or doing your best... Even doctor also good only Some small things to change in hospital But take carry my request. Keep it up good job

    I had bad experience. at the time of admission and after consultation my wife as been admitted to hospital for cash less cover from lombard insurance unfortunately after 4 hours they said insurance will not covered this lack of service issue. After that We paid from credit card it's very much painful for us . Staff working there irresponsible behaviour seen . Any one visiting for cash less cover please do check before you admit it is covered or not . If the bill value in lakhs it will be a serious problem for public.

    I have admitted my daughter for high fever in the late night and night doctor was traeated very nicely. After seeing the blood report. Dr.Jayachndra sir advised to admit due to some infection in blood and urine. And he gave some percekption for two days and cured well. Night nurse are very good actually they have monirted very closely to the patient's. And staff also very friendly nature. .only one advise from my side doctor also should visit the patient once in day (during holidays) Other than everything is OK compare to sournding hospital in chandapura. Sunray hospital is very good...thank you

    Today I went to get nebulization for my 11 month Old baby. After the nebulization, I asked the staff there to clean the pipe. One of the staff members said something that I didn't quite understand. There was a lady staff member there (#Nisha), whom I've seen before and whose behavior is not good at all. She told the other staff to ask me to clean it myself. So I cleaned it myself and brought it back.

    The hospital is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. I am very happy with the hospitality, caring staff. Doctors are also amazing. And the support staff Rani Madam where she supported me lot this is my 2nd visit I had very very nice experience.Thanks Sunray Hospital and Team.

    Please don't visit sun ray hospital, Iam waiting around 2hrs with 4months baby doctor continuously saying coming 10min Doctors don't have timing scene leave about staff Very worst hospital in total karnataka
