Dr. Dr.Bhate Hospital

Dear "Hospital Management Team" I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the lack of post-discharge medical support I experienced at your hospital. I was discharged from your hospital 3 days back and two days later, I faced some health-related issues that required clarification from the doctor who treated me. Upon contacting your hospital, I requested to speak with the doctor for guidance regarding my condition. However, your team categorically denied my request and insisted that I visit the hospital in person for any consultation. This response was highly disappointing and raised serious concerns about the hospital's patient care policies. I would like to highlight that in situations where a patient is far from the hospital or facing an emergency, immediate communication with a doctor is crucial. Expecting every patient to visit the hospital for minor clarifications is impractical and may put their health at risk. As a healthcare institution, I believe your hospital should demonstrate more consideration and empathy toward discharged patients who may need post-hospitalization support. I urge you to address this issue by implementing a more patient-friendly approach, such as allowing post-discharge telephonic consultations or video calls with doctors for urgent concerns. This would greatly help patients who cannot visit the hospital immediately.

Kindly avoid this hospital, Dr suggest some unnecessary tests an Scan and scares patients and force them to get admitted and delay in discharging .Worst part is they admit most of the patient in semi pvt ward at Bhate multi speciality hospital civil hospital road .Room rent and treatment charges are too high. Coming to higene I saw cockroach in ICU room and visitors have their meals in ICU room which is unbelievable not at all well maintained.And Doctor behaviour is also not good and staff are all freshers with less experience.

Doctor's (Senior doctor - S G Bhate) diagnosis is okay but the doctor himself is a bit non-co-operating and casual when it comes to asking bills. Even if he does give you bills for his OPD consultation yet in case of mistakes, he is reluctant in issuing a duplicate bill or correct the existing bill by making necessary changes and the bill ends up getting rejected. Had a very bad experience recently.

Dr Bhate doesn't act during emergency. One of my cousin brother had an emergency and family members went to call Dr. but he was adamant and didn't come to attend. At the last we lost him.

I am very upset about the college road bhate hospital.First it was about the lift.Service was bad.They are allowing only patients. Secondary it was total mess.No time maintaining.Everystaff coming to room and asking what happened. I felt expensive fees ,room rent is high.

Dr. Suresh Bhate is one of the best Physician I have known. His experience, diagnosis and approach is the best. He will never prescribe unnecessary medication or tests.
