Dr. Oswal Hospital

We recently used the services of Oswal Hospital. One of our family members was diagnosed with appendicitis and was admitted for laparoscopic surgery. We stayed for 2 days. Post-surgery, the patient was monitored every hour, and Dr. Nikhil did regular rounds both in the morning and evening to personally check the progress. Dr. Nikhil was extremely calm, polite, and professional. He explained everything clearly and also provided a healthy diet plan for the patient, which was very helpful. The nurses and hospital staff were equally supportive, attentive, and humble. They responded promptly to every request, including queries related to insurance and cost coverage. The hospital maintained excellent cleanliness standards and cleaned our ward three times a day. Even after discharge, we contacted them regarding reports and receipts, and they responded with the same polite and helpful attitude as during our stay. I honestly didn't find anything that needs improvement in the hospital. They can simply continue the way they are, as they are already doing an excellent job. Overall, I would give 10/10 for their service, hospitality, and personal care. We felt truly looked after and would confidently recommend Oswal Hospital to others.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr.Nikil Kumar for his extreme care during my spouse`s operation. His extraordinary attention and support truly went beyond the words can describe. Dr.Kumar`s compassionate approach made our entire experience so much more comfortable, and we are thankful that the operation was completed successfully without any complications whatsoever. I must also recognize Mrs.Kumudha from the billing section, whose assistance went far beyond her official responsibilities. She provided invaluable support throughout our entire process, from admission to discharge. Finally, I`d like to commend the staff nurses for their professionalism and cooperative attitude. The hospital itself was impressively well-mainatined and hygienic throughtout our stay.

My father got admitted in this hospital. I never seen like this hospital. My honest feedback is that when patients are visiting to the hospital nurses should communicate with the patient in polite way not in rude. Speaily that senior nurse Tara sumithra and 1 other nurse I think she is not fit for the nursing job.she don't no how speak with patients CLEANESS is worst thre. Charges also very high.

Worst hospital ever. Staff is rude, doctor not available. Reception has no idea of doctor timing.everything from start to end is worst and pathetic.

I'm shanthosh Kumari. Wanted to share my few experience. First I wanted to thank my Dr.Nickel sir . Sir u seem as my god bcz i suffered a lot with my problem. U was the one made my life great just 4days happened of my operation but I feel so fresh and confidential. Sir no words to say your staffs are also so kind and smiling. Thank u sir if u can one request we are in K.G.F if possible pl open a branch in kgf so many patients can b saved. We don't have an 24hr hospital in our place

Pathetic Service Form Staff And Doctors My name is Shoiab my concern is yesterday on 06-09-2022 I taken my niece to this hospital at night 9.30pm and she's suffering (Fever) (Dengue and Typhoid) at the same time she's having urine infection and she's just 7 years when i went to hospital there is no bed so I requested to management that we want (Special Ward) management promise that tomorrow we can provide they told us that some patients are getting discharge so I agreed and I admitted in general ward. As they promise that some patients getting discharge and special ward is available now at 07-09-2022 4.16pm they are telling we can't provide you we are providing to some other patient who came morning we are waiting for special ward form last night they denied. My honest feedback is that when patients are visiting to the hospital nurses should communicate with the patient in polite way not in rude. I'm not pointing all nurses some behaves like the hospital is his father.

I was admitted here for a week as i was suffering from pneumonia. Very good treatment. Friendly staff. Specially sudha sister helped me out in all medications. As though she is in x ray department. Sudha sister can be seen helping patients with all possible ways. Thank you
