Unsatisfied I am extremely disappointed with the delay in receiving a simple ultrasound report. What should have taken a few hours at most has dragged on unnecessarily, causing stress and uncertainty. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare facility where timely information is critical for treatment decisions. Patients deserve better communication, faster service, and basic respect for their time and health. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their reporting process.
