One of the worst hospital in Ranchi. My experiences are:- Radiology Department- Paras has recruited the top most unprofessional people in this department including at reception. First my mother went for x-ray it took around half an hour. After that my father went for x-ray. The technician did the job thrice as i said unprofessional. it took around 45 minutes. Nobody knows or asked where to collect the x-rays. After 1 hour I asked for x-ray , she gave me my father Xray and asked that there is some issue with my mother Xray so he had to do the x-ray procedure again. I told her that she should have informed me earlier. Her response was I also don't know. Such an unprofessional staff as well as technicians. Again I got a call from this department in the evening to collect one x-ray as they forgot to give it and hats off to the doctor as he also didn't asked for another x-ray. Cardiology Department - Doctor name Abhishek arya, don't visit him if you don't have any property, He wrote the similar 10 test to both, my mother and father. Even I already had the reports of Hba1c of just 2 days back, he wrote RBS, my fathers haemoglobin was normal still he asked for iron profile, my father's TLC was normal and had no symptoms of any infection still he prescribed CRP. Internal medicine - The doctor (Dr Parmar Shiv Krishan) was quite confused that how many medicine, he should prescribe. He once even suggested blood transfusion when he haemoglobin was 10.08 , later corrected himself saying tablets would work transfusion is not needed when I enquired with suspiciousness. Overall :- 1. Every doctor has his own way to treat the patient but atleast some staff should be there to guide the patient. They should atleast have the basic idea about the department location and tests. They need a proper induction before joining. 2. I don't know about other test rooms but Atleast an experienced technician should be there in x-ray room. Only single x-ray room with door open all the time. atleast they should be taught about the radiation of xrays.

Admitted a patient at 0130 hrs today, middle of night. Happy to see the prompt response of nurses, doctors and supporting staffs. Right from bringing wheel chair to the door till shifting patient to HDU, everything was very swift and professional. Reception and security guard were so customer friendly and attentive even at those odd hours. Special thanks to Dr Rohit and nurse Rukhsar for so caring towards the patient and her frightened daughter. The hospital is kept sparkling clean. These are all indicative of a well knit, highly motivated and dedicated team. Well done

Very 3rd class hospital service and amenities are also so bad combord is in broken condition in pvt room Ac is not working properly also .. A coordinator in HDU he is so arrogant and he takes revenge with patient also who is very critical condition I suggest everyone to not go there only Doctors are good but staff is unqualified and some are arrogant also... I request to many time to change the room also but I got no response from there staff .. I request for glass for 3 to 4 time but I received it after doctor scold them..so frustrated system...
