Dr. K.C. Roy Memorial Hospital

Went to Heart Centre as per recommendation of one of my relative who got his treatment for Heart Attack and cured, I found ( as told by my relative) that all the Doctors in the Heart Centre of K C Roy Memorial Hospital, Ranchi are well qualified, polite and much supportive to patients. I experienced that Dr Anupam listen me carefully and cleared all my doubts. I am fully satisfied. Hospital staffs are also supportive. I am satisfied with the treatment of the hospital. At last I would say a good hospital with best doctors.

K.C Roy memorial hospitals lalpur Ranchi Dr Anupam kumar(heart speaclist) and staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.overall a horrible experience.If someone go there for checkup the doctor says I am hungary rather than to see a patient and he shouted out.For doctor patient was not important.He also knew that the patient is not well.The doctors does not know how to speak respectfully.I truely recommend that dont go such type of hospitals to waste your money.

This hospital is located middle of lalpur chowk to dangra toli chowk Ranchi. This is a well maintained and well cleaned hospital. Their staffs are well behaviour with knowledgeable and also co operative.

I have been here for 3 days and the services provided by doctor and the staff members were good, facilities clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

I took my brother in very serious condition but Dr. G.D. Banerjee truly did amazing job and he got discharged in just few days after fully recovered. Hospital really improved itself. Appreciated.

Good medical facilities, have a good cleanliness environment. Impressed with the doctors and other staffs behaviour.

Worst management, worst doctors n nurses. If a patient comes there for any emergency, be heart problem or any other people, they will ask for money and formalities at first, even if the patient dies while filling up the forms and submitting the money(which they only take in cash, and they provide hand written memos only) They don't have any emergency department. If a patient comes by, under critical condition, he/she needs to get admit, then only the available doctor will think of checking the patient. After getting admitted, they will ask you to get the drip and injections (provide a long list of medicines, which are of no use with your case), then the nurses will come. There is no privacy kind of thing, they have no different ward for women and men, the men were sleeping in the so called "women ward" and the nurses or staff had nothing to do with it. Doctors are trained in a way to fetch as much money they can get from you. So, if you actually want to get treated properly, don't go to this hospital.
