He is just a disgrace in the name of doctors profession. The staff of Medica Ranchi initially told that sir is present in OPD But sir was not present. Later on the coordinator of the doctor kept on telling that sir will be arriving in just 10 min but sir did not arrive for 4 hr and then later on frustrated by the Medica Ranchi staff and service we decided to head back to home without meeting the doctor.....meanwhile we requested to change our appointment to other cardiologist who was available in the opd but the staff told that as bill as paid it would not be possible to shift the appointment to other doctor as per our policy and I was not able to get my mother seen by any of the cardiologist.
