Me as a patient was not satisfied by their services they don't even care about the patient who are in emergency situations, yeah it's good to take fees but their priority should be patient not money. Though fees are paid they give time that this time your things will be done but given time passes out like one hour to two hours. It's India's universal problem. Yeah, staffs are good but they are busy in their stuffs until they are given order by their seniors. I think because of these current situations India's medical facilities are not being used properly. For sure it's their right to take bills and fees but it's patient's right to get every facilities by hospital according to their requirements and bills can be paid after the treatment also. Patient and their family will not run away. Every patient should be treated equally.
