Doctors are illiterate. They used to push the patient towards death. Irresponsible staffs doctors & nurses.Even they don't know what medicine give for dehydration. You have given wrong and over dose medicine to my sister. Moreover this hospital is black listed from so many insurance company.e.g., start health, LIC etc. so many bad incidents happened. I feel government needs to take strict action against this hospital. If you care about your families please don'r choose this hospital. More better and cheap hospital still available in telaiya. No one fool here don't take fake reviews from closed one. You itself knows about your bad management.

I called to official number to get to know the situation and availability of the doctor at this time.. By 8:00 pm on 16 th august2020 One of the patient having in critical situation to take any primary health care step want to talk with doctors. But your receptionist avoid to providing contact number of doctors and behave rudely. If will have any issue with patients your staff member will be responsible... Might be it will take more than 1 hr to reach your hospital..
Recently i got admitted here with lung infection(may be cause of covid 19). Treated very well after 7 days of treatment came back to home. Staff are very caring and doctor also taking care of patient very well.
Hospital is on highway, we can say it's on prime location. Cleaning is some how better in compare to other hospital in Koderma. As I visited for some test(Pre-Insurance) and I felt everything fine here.
