Recently, I also went to this doctor for minor ear issue. Even after visiting three times, my problem remained the same. And one thing I want to say is that this doctor prescribes very expensive medicines. The consultation fee is 600, and the medicines cost at least 1500 to 2000. Maybe the doctor is good, but in my case, my problem was not solved even after 3 visits and a total of 8000 spent on medicines. If you have a normal or minor problem, it's better to go to a regular doctor because you might not be able to afford such expensive medicines. These doctors intentionally prescribe costly medicines that are often available only at their own medical stores -- it's all a business.

Pros: 1. Knowledgeable doctor, explains very well and provides satisfactory advice. 2. The nursing home has a medical store as well so it is easy to get prescribed medicines. Cons: 1. No organization. There is no point of making a prior appointment. I took an appointment and still had to wait approx 2 hours. 2. There is not enough space to manage the crowd and despite having air conditioner, it was not in use.

Dr Mandal is my saviour for all throat related issues that I have. He is not just a wonderful doctor but a great therapist because of his pleasant behaviour with his patients. He also helps needy patients by giving free services. Best ENT surgeon in town

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this doctor. I felt that my concerns were completely dismissed, and I was rushed through the appointment without proper attention. When I asked questions, they seemed uninterested and more focused on getting through the visit quickly. Additionally, I was pressured into unnecessary procedures that felt more about money than patient care. This experience left me feeling unheard and disrespected. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody. He's just for MONEY
