Dr. Subarnarekha Nursing Home-Computerized Pathology/Digital X-Ray/ECG/Usg/Specialist Doctor Consultant in Ghatshila

We visited Subarnarekha Nursing Home in Ghatshila only because we had no other option during a critical time. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst experience ever. The doctor (or whoever he was) behaved extremely rudely. When the patient herself expressed that she wanted to leave, instead of responding with care or understanding, he snapped, "Why did you even come here, just for trial?" and walked out of the room. Is that how you speak to a patient? Where is the basic human decency? No one bothered to explain anything or check on her properly. We expected compassion and care, not ego and attitude. A hospital is supposed to make people feel safe and supported, not humiliated. Being in a helpless situation shouldn't mean being treated like this. Patients have every right to choose whether they want to stay or not. It is your duty to guide, not insult. Truly disheartening and unacceptable. Ghatshila deserves better than this kind of treatment. Please think twice before trusting this place with your loved ones.

Very good nursing home, experienced doctors are always there. And I operated my patient for free. The nurses are very good, thank you to the doctors of the nursing home.

Wost experience. Nurses show partiality to the caste members they belong to. Most untrained staff. It is total waste of money if you come here.

Worst place for patients, no facility of doctors for the ward patient. Only the honour of that Nursing home treat himself as a doctor. The laboratory persons, the medicine staffs are working as a practitioner. I'll not recommend anyone this nursing home. If you have a serious patient, please don't take it to any of these kind of nursing home in Ghatsila. I've lost my family member only because of these kind of nursing homes(OM SAI RAM Nursing home, near Sahara office). These are greedy people, they only need money. They don't care about patient's wellness. Hated these badly...

Best service and all nursing staff, doctor are doing well behaviour

Excellent service.. Doctor are very knowledgeable and cooperative.. And all staff behavior are very good.

Worst emergency care for pregnant patients. Male Doctor checking female patient without female guardian. Doctor did not have the courtesy to ask PREGNANT Patient with placenta pervia to seat. Did consultant with patient standing. Will not recommend if you are not in medical emergency. The doctor mentioned above is old and has low thinking. If a person is casually dress he assumed you be illiterate.
