Good doctor and good staffs member always is good

He doesn't deserve a single star The hospital is a gateway to death!!! Yes you read it right . My father had left inguinal hernia and he was admitted here on 15/03/2019 ( Friday). He was operated here next morning at 8am. (I was wondering how can a doctor be ready so early and I never saw him going inside the OT, but according the staffs there he was there inside). My father was the first patient on which operation was to be done today. One hour passed by and we were still waiting for any notification whether the operation was over but nothing was informed . After few more hours were told that my father is under observation and they never took my father out of OT and continued to operate other patients.( I was nervous and afraid as to what has gone wrong in simple hernia operation ). After few more hours about 3 pm they took my father out of the OT and kept him in a room and we were allowed to meet him. My father was in full shooting pain and was restless on bed. As the doctor (R P Shrivastav) came the first thing my father asked him was "doctor sahab aap hi na mera operation kiye hain? " to which the doctor replied was " thakurji aap abhi aaram kijiye". We were shocked at this conversation and was wondering what had happened inside that OT. (This doctor allows his junior doctors to operate patients in his absence in his name to earn few more juncks of money and operates a few selected patients by himself who he gives priority). God knows what had happened they cut my father's left part of large intestine due to which he went in septic shock (critical case of infection). And a day later he was shifted to K M Memorial hospital icu. And alas on 18/09/2019 Monday he died. He was in pain for more than 2 days. Even when he was in icu this doctor was least bothered about him and was in his sarvodaya hospital seeing patient and wound not even pick up our calls. He came to see my father in icu whenever he felt like and was there only during my father's last few breaths. Those 3 days were the most darkest days of my family . We lost our lovable dad and we are still not out of the shock of losing our PAPA. We even cry and have sleepless nights. Our dreams and hearts are shattered. We were recommended this hospital and this doctor (R P Shrivastava) by our family members uncles and aunts. But I and my own family regret their advice . So I don't want you all to regret the way we are doing. Please please please go some better places for treatment like CMC Vellore and other renowned places for operations.

The doctors here are great and my family is getting treatment from so long. But the service is very bad, the front desk people does not know how to speak with patients and behave. Today, my number was 4th when I called them in morning they said doctor will be coming in half an hour so after 1 hour when I came, the lady sitting there completely changed my number and from starting talking very rudely. I would request people should know how they speak before coming here.Apart from that I would ratetthe doctors more than 5 stars as they give best treatment.

Dr. R.P Srivastav is a very good doctor.he is very experienced. I have done my gallbladder surgery there and overall experience was good.Hospital maintenance was good.Rooms were neat and clean.staffs behaviour was good expect those who used to be in reception.

All good but If you want to see Dr. R P Srivastava than one should bring the patient to hospital before 10:30 Am to get appointment. You cannot book appointment if patient is not there. After that keep whole day time with you for waiting at reception.

Good doctor and good staff member

Worst hospital ever I have seen. Poorest management and staff behaviour is too rude, they think they are the boss. Always waiting time will go beyond 3 hrs, even you booked appointment. Because of their waiting time I left the hospital with out showing the report. It is pathetic. My humble request to the Dr. Sab... please draw your attention to the hospital stuff and ask them to book appointments based on doctors availability. I don't have any comments on treatment because I didn't get chance to meet the doctor .
