One of the best hospital recently i have visited. The way my wife was treated by Dr ruksana waheed was absolutely worth to be praised and the team at OT was absolutely friendly and supportive towards my wife and dr zarak jan helped in every possible way to feel us just at home... Nursing team was very kind hearted n supporting... House keeping needs an improvement wash rooms was not in the perfect way to be used... Over all i recommend kindly visit the house for lcsc and NiCu support you will get best treatment with the grace of Allah that you never have felt before...

UJALA CYGNUS HOSPITAL is one of the best hospital at (NOWGAM Srinagar) that have i seen until now. Every facility is available here. Especially, Doctors and nurses are much better because they come several times in a day for checking the patients. Very well maintained and disciplined. Food, drinks available here.

The only positive experience at this hospital was the doctor, who was excellent. However, everything else was extremely disappointing. There is no coordination among the staff, cleanliness is nonexistent, and the condition of the rooms is terrible--broken furniture, poor maintenance, and an overall atmosphere worse than a charitable facility. The washrooms are in a pathetic state, even worse than a public toilet. The discharge process is another nightmare, taking almost an hour for no apparent reason. This hospital seriously needs urgent improvement in management, hygiene, and basic facilities. Would not recommend unless absolutely necessary.
