I recently sought medical care at Florence Hospital and, regrettably, experienced several areas of concern. The level of pharmaceutical negligence was unacceptable, with medication errors involving the incorrect dispensing of prescriptions to patients, including myself. Furthermore, the hospital's hygiene standards were notably deficient, particularly in the restrooms, patient beds, and other essential areas. It appeared that the hospital's priorities were not aligned with patient well-being. Specifically, there were observations regarding the prioritization of financial matters over the immediate needs of patients, even in critical situations requiring urgent admission. I strongly recommend that individuals consider alternative healthcare providers.

Our family is devastated by the experience we had at Florence Hospital, where Dr. Syed Yasir Qadri was responsible for what was supposed to be a simple, routine procedure. Due to what can only be described as gross negligence, my relative's condition deteriorated so badly that a complete kidney removal is now necessary. Dr. Qadri, who has recently returned from Max Hospital, raised serious concerns about his competence. One can't help but wonder if he left or was removed from there under similar circumstances. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and careless treatment we witnessed was nothing short of alarming. This was not just medical failure it was a betrayal of trust. We expected healing and professionalism, but were instead met with harm and indifference. I strongly urge others to reconsider before placing their health in his hands or trusting Florence Hospital for critical care.

Hospital is good in sanitation and cleanliness.Good IPD services.spacious rooms. But the "chai" culture is ruining all the professionalism standards. Further reception and office needs to update itself .In the era of e-office , sending attendants for photostat outside is somewhat low. Billing and accounts should be conclusive at the discharge time . The interim billing of various tests becomes cumbersome when the Bills are to be settled already on discharge. Overall apart from treatment management , hospital has to work for smooth implementation of other aspects like diagnostic management so as avoid undue pressure on attendants.

Four star for Florence Hospital. Supportive staff and cleaning is the best part. And I'm very glad that i met Dr Basanti salatia as my gynecologist in both of my deliveries. I don't have words to thank her. Five stars for Dr Basanti mam. The way she treated throughout the 9 months was very satisfying and also affordable no unnecessary medication or tests. In serious conditions she behaves like there is nothing serious which helps a patient not to get panic. Thanks so much mam.

The worst place possible for any kind of treatment Always deny appointments and never provide appointments for serious concerns only after money....
