He lacks temperament to deal with patients and is so arrogant because he knows nothing about his field as it is rightly said ' empty vessel make more noise.' I went there to buy a medicine for my mother and the person there told me they wouldn't give me a single medicine and to buy it elsewhere because they are greedy people who only want to make money.
