Dr. DR. ASHOK BAKAYA (HEART CARE CLINIC)

I found the staff's behavior to be extremely rude when I visited. They refused to schedule an appointment, claiming the doctor had a limited patient capacity. One male staff member was particularly dismissive, saying that if I were to ask the doctor for an appointment, he would respond by asking if I was out of my mind and lacked common sense. Overall, I felt that visiting the office was a waste of both time and money.

The clinic is neat and clean , the staff is quite rude . Easily visit and get checked.

Best experience with Dr. Ashok bakaya. Nice doctor. Best understanding with patients. Staff are also very good with talking. I highly recommend to check all the heart related problems.

I visited Dr. Ashok Bakaya's clinic at Gandhinagar Jammu today, but unfortunately, I left without a consultation. The staff there demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. They referred to visitors waiting in the premises with the disrespectful term "ashubh (ashubh)" and even asked visitors to wait outside on the road. Their behavior escalated to the point of quarreling and shouting at us. Given this experience, I highly recommend avoiding this clinic and seeking care from a more professional medical provider.

No rush, if you go early morning between 09:00 to 10:00 am.

I visited Dr. Ashok Bakaya with my mother for consultation.Reception staff and ECG technician were very courteous and accomdating. Then Dr. Bakaya listened to my mother's complaints with patience and examined her in detail. Then he gave proper advice. On coming out, they refunded my consultation fee back as Dr. Bakaya came to know that i am a doctor. This highest grade of professionalism and ethics is very rare these days. I recommend Dr. Bakaya for everyone who needs to see a cardiologist. God bless you Dr. Bakaya

Nycc Doctor Nd staff is also very nycc they are very helpful but some nonsense patients are coming in clinic to showing there attitude Nd misbehave with staff
