I had a great experience at Amal Hospital.The hospital is very clean, hygienic, and well-equipped with all necessary facilities. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Unprofessional and disrespectful staff. If your team is going to show attitude to patients, you better be prepared to receive a response. What's unacceptable is staff speaking rudely first, then acting offended or defensive when the patient replies back. Respect works both ways. This isn't how a pharmacy--especially one that deals with people's health--should operate. If you can't handle being spoken to the way you speak to others, maybe customer service isn't the right place for you. Extremely disappointed and won't be returning.
