Dr. City Hospital

It's an average hospital with polite doctors and staff nurses. Doctors are experienced and professionals at their respective domains. But during our time there was some construction work going on which was annoying and very disturbing for patients. Also Receptionist on the front desk should learn how to talk.

I had a very positive experience at City Hospital in Hamirpur. The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities. The nursing staff was also very supportive and compassionate. Overall, I would highly recommend City Hospital to anyone looking for quality medical care in the Hamirpur area.

My Experience with Open Hernia Surgery at city hospital I recently underwent hernia surgery at, and I will recommend this hospital, especially for surgical procedures. The team of doctors and nurses was exceptionally friendly and professional throughout my stay. On the day of my surgery, I experienced significant pain, which is to be expected. However, the medical staff was attentive and regularly checked in on me. By the following day, my pain had reduced to a much milder level. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at City Hospital

Doctor Nikhil is so experienced and polite in nature and their speech and behaviour are very good and they motivate their patients very well. Daily monitoring procedure is in place. Remaining all staff available in night and day shift is good in hospitality and well aware about their responsibilities here. Recommended for surgery.

My wife recently underwent surgery for gallbladder stones at your hospital. Dr. Ahluwalia, with his extensive experience, provided excellent medical care, and we are grateful for his professional approach. Support staff is polite and professional which is positive side of the team. So all the 4* is for Doctor sahb and his team. However, from an academic and infrastructural standpoint, there is considerable room for improvement. Facilities such as private rooms, hygiene maintenance, regular cleaning, and overall patient care require attention and enhancement. Additionally, the reception desk plays a crucial role in shaping a hospital's first impression. Unfortunately, the behavior exhibited by the reception staff was far from welcoming. A receptionist must demonstrate courtesy, empathy, and a willingness to assist, rather than displaying unprofessional or arrogant behavior. This is an honest and constructive feedback intended to help elevate the standards of the hospital. I hope it is received in a positive spirit. Wishing the entire team continued growth and success.

I had come here with my uncle for his operation.The facility was clean and well maintained contributing a comfortable environment. Staff was very cooperative. Front desk personnel were courteous and welcoming, creative a positive first impression.
