Patient Reviews
Very disappointed with the service. ESIC referred my father to Tulip Hospital, but due to internal conflict between the dispensary and hospital, they refused to treat him. Such negligence is unacceptable when a patient needs timely care.
Overall, the hospital isn't too bad, though I found myself undergoing numerous tests that seemed unnecessary. As the insurance provided by my company covers the medical bills, I don't have an issue with it. Still, it does raise concerns about whether the hospital is overcharging the insurance company. It's worth noting that many nurses don't speak English, which might pose a challenge for foreigners. On a positive note, the private rooms are pretty comfortable.
Hospital have Emergency wards but they are working as general formalities, no one caring to the patient. Patient treatment start after : take the medicine from chemist shop / charges deposit @ reception for emergency bad and OPD fee. End Chemist shop have not important the emergency slip they work as they are comfortable and Wards assistant have not any manners. But Hospital have EMERGENCY WARD.
Poor facilities, unresponsive staff, would not recommend this hospital to anybody. The nurses don't care and there's nobody to tell you what to do. Very Very Very disappointed. The cleaning and rooms are not clean and unsafe. There are blood clots on the bed.
They are making people foolish. On the name of Dr anupama sethi arora, they registering appointment but juniors dr. Are watching patients. No degree information is available of these junior doctors. If any patient asks for Dr anupama, they inform that she wl be late or not in office, so that patient agreed to meet junior dr for avoiding waiting time. Fully fake system. We respect doctors but they are doing business in name of doctors. I faced very badly. I have some complications, need to discuss with dr anupama, but always force me for junior dr. I must suggest they r doing same for others doctor will be, so please be careful about original doctor u r going to meet or all are practicing on us.
Just sharing 3 days of experience at the hospital for the treatment of my daughter: 1 Don't trust the nursing assistant, always check the medicine given by the nursing assistant and listen carefully what doctor says during his morning and evening visit. 2 Check yourself the medicine written by the doctor and how many times it is to be taken. 3 Look out for overconfident nursing assistants Those are the main culprits.
I used to have trust on this Hospital very much but after constant problem of my father (CLD patient) people asked me to take 2nd opinion. I visited Fortis. I was so surprised that problem was not that big as it was shown by Tulip. Fortis never admitted him, only medications and day care for all 1time tests to start his revised new medicines. In Tulip he always ask to get admit for normal stomach pain then keep him in ICU for a day and 4 days in room just to make more and more money. I have boycott this hospital after visiting Fortis and i am very satisfied with doctor treatment. Fortis doc after knowing that we have to come from Sonipat, he told me not to visit Hospital only conduct a regular LFT KFT test from your nearby lab and send me reports via WhatsApp and I will give you medicines. You can buy from your local market. Guys beware from Tulip its A BIG NO NO NO.
