I was recommended by Policy bazaar for an additional TMT test, the service was pathetic, we were told to wait for 40 mins, asked the receptionist multiple times after that every time she behaves like seeing us for the first time.... then after 1 and half hour we were told that someone else was given our slot because of doctor's urgent recommendation, but without informing us who were sitting in front of them.... very poor coordination we came back without TMT it looks like a basic government hospital even they are also improving now, never expected this kind of service from Gemini Hospital and Policy Bazaar to pick them as a service provider.... will never recommend Gemini Hospital to anyone of my known because of the unprofessional behaviour of front desk

Nice doctor, me and my family have been getting treatment from here for more than 25 years now! Why three stars - unpleasant experience, reason - doctor took half hour for every patient, but isn't that good! No it's not, because he is spending 25 minutes of that in typing his treatment on the keyboard! Better get a typist hired and fasten the treatment process,,, err typing process. And yeh, there is no online appointment even in 2023, no one picks your call on reception.

Doctor is so nice but cordinate staff is so illiterate and talking sense is very low they talk like a local villagers

Dr Atul is very polite & humble, he is one of very experienced doctors whom I met till date

As far as the consultation matters. It was superb. The doctor listens to issue very carefully . Discuss . And then prescribes .
