Dr. Artios Hospital - Super speciality hospital

Toilets are not clean and in pathetic condition...smelling very bad.....ac not working...no parking facilities..... unplanned model....flying insects and mosquito are flying in toilets.....acs r working only in doctor rooms....

My mother was under treatment of Dr. Narender Ahlawat. She was having severe back pain due to that she was unable to stand or sit. After taking the advice of Dr. Narender Ahlawat she is fine now.... All the credit goes to Artios Hospital and the doctors. Very well maintained services and environment. Will like to suggest to those who are in need of medical services.

Worst experience with your hospital we came by your hospital for treatment of piles of my wife who is a lactating mother. By taking dr dixit recommended medicine , she become very ill. And had worst pain of her life.

I recently visited Hospital Artios in Panipat and have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the doctor I consulted with was excellent, demonstrating professionalism and care during the appointment. However, the overall experience at the hospital was far from satisfactory. The hospital suffers from a lack of organization and systematization. There is no proper system in place for patient appointments, resulting in absolute chaos. Patients can seemingly walk in at any time to meet the doctor, leading to long wait times and confusion. The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional. On several occasions, I noticed housekeeping staff members sitting at the front desk, which is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. This lack of order and proper staffing creates a very disorganized and frustrating environment for patients. In summary, while the medical care provided by the doctor was commendable, the hospital's administration and organization need significant improvement. Patients deserve a more orderly and professional environment to receive care. Feel free to adjust the review as needed!
