I had an appointment at 3:30PM, but the staff was very rude. I spoke to one of the girls at the reception, and while I was talking to her, she was showing attitude and rolling her eyes. She said, "It depends on the patients, it's not my fault -- you'll have to wait for an hour." It was a very bad experience. They seriously need to train their staff on how to greet guests politely, rather than showing such attitude.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and they seemed to have little understanding of what an appointment means. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and was given a specific time, but when I arrived at the clinic, I was told I would have to wait for an additional hour. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. I strongly recommend that you improve your appointment management system and train your staff to provide better service.

Dr. Vikash Sharma is the good doctor I have ever seen. He performed surgery on patients , and he listens very calmly and has a friendly nature. He is a very nice person and is highly proactive. I will definitely recommend this hospital.Dr Vikas Sharma treated all skin,nail and hair related issues, he's the most humble and experienced dermat i have come across. His treatments/medicines suit everyone and show the best results in on time.

WORST CLINIC EVER !!! Have never seen such unprofessional people who have no sense of dealing with patients. I don't understand that why do they have to lie to their potential customers about doctor not being present in the clinic and unnecessarily expecting them to come to the clinic and just wait for hours. Nobody is getting incentivized out of this. The receptionists are really creepy, seems like they are sleeping most of the time - as you have to wake them up to get a damn response out of their mouths. They really need to learn how to run a business.
