My wife's gallbladder stone surgery was successfully performed yesterday by Dr. Rohit Bansal, and we are extremely satisfied with his expertise and experience. The entire hospital staff was incredibly supportive, especially Miss Soumya, our coordinator, who ensured a seamless and hassle-free process. The hospital facilities, including the rooms, were excellent, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. What stood out the most was the professionalism and kindness of the nursing staff, doctors, and cleaning team--all of whom interacted with us in a polite and compassionate manner, making the entire experience truly comforting.

I brought my wife to the Emergency Department at Alchemist Hospital, Panchkula, and I must say the experience was beyond expectations. The doctors and nurses were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer every single doubt I had, no matter how small. Their calm and compassionate approach made a stressful situation much more manageable. The emergency unit is well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and it's clear that the team is highly trained and well-prepared to handle any situation. In an emergency room, when a patient cannot speak for themselves, staff should be attentive and compassionate -- but here, there was complete negligence and insensitivity. This hospital lacks both basic patient care and human empathy. I do not recommend it to anyone. Please think twice before trusting this place with your loved ones.
