Dr. Jindal Hospital

nt to express my deep dissatisfaction with the appointment and reception services at Jindal Hospital Hisar, especially after 8 PM. The night shift reception staff behaves in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, showing no sense of responsibility or courtesy towards patients. The online appointment system is poorly managed, and even after waiting or arriving on time, patients are treated carelessly. Such behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare setup where empathy and efficiency should be the priority. I hope the hospital administration takes strict action and improves the training and accountability of night shift reception staff. Patients deserve dignity, not disrespect.

It's the best hospital near the area of Hisar, they offer the best medical facilities and they have a proper parking area and cafeteria. They have world class facilities of medical sciences. Path labs also located inside the premises

This Review is after frustration of over 1.5 years. It's a Good Institution with ok facilities. Usually crowded. Now the reason for one star is personal experience with Doctor specially with Eye specialist Dr Praveen Monga. I definitely don't recommend him. He is more Interested in doing operations that also not with perfection. He performed operation on my mother's both eyes and left a blood clot in eyes. Even after multiple visits and complaints by my mother to doctor he was not agreeing that vision is decreased. After a lot of complaints he suggested to get it checked by Retina Specialist Dr Sandeep Singh and in first go he suggested to get an injection in the eye. My sister is also a doctor and when she consulted with experts in her hospital they mentioned that get that injection as soon as possible else the vision will be gone for ever. After 2 injections vision was stable but was worse than before operation. Overall they don't care about life or their patients they just care doing number of operations and getting commission from lense company. This is not only my experience I have met multiple patients with same issue in the hospital. They will ruin your situation and then even don't care to make it better. I strongly don't recommend Dr Praveen Monga.

My dad's surgery and treatment was taken care of by Dr Siddharth Baheti, Dr Vishal Gupta and their supportive team. Thankful to them for such kind care, thorough with their treatment and procedure with diligence and empathy. Much appreciated!

Bad experience and sidharth baheti doctor of orthopaedic "I took my mother to this hospital in Hisar to see the doctor. Unfortunately, the doctor did not respond properly and didn't show much concern. There was no clear communication, and it felt like the patient was not taken seriously. We expected a more empathetic and professional attitude, but the experience was disappointing. The hospital needs to improve both its service and doctor-patient interaction.

No time management and no any other management. I have submit file name of prakash devi for MRI at. 3.30 . And time given to me 4.30. After it was 5.30 but after 5.30 they said it will be done approx 6.50 . Worst experience. They have monopoly. They do as they want and as they are comfortable.

My name is Krishna Kumar and I live in Ranch Jharkhand. My son was born on 8 June 2020 in Jindal Hospital. Due to COVID-19, I could not collect his birth certificate during the period and after that I was transferred to Ranch Jharkhand. Now when I needed a birth certificate, I contacted Jindal Hospital Medical Records and Jindal Hospital provided me with a birth certificate by mail. Thanks Medical Records and Jindal Hospital for such a good service.

Very poor service and patient waiting list very long. Doctor, attended all are prefer only know to patient. Other patient is waited. No care of patient. No spacious area and chair to sit pregnant patient.
