The staff is not available for help. I have visited several times for help. My father is undergoing treatment. Whenever I look for staff for help, no one is available and even if someone is available, they does not listen and says I am looking after some other patient. Even to take the patient to the bed, we have to take him ourselves, the staff says you take him yourself, there is no staff right now. The doctors are good and the treatment is being provided no doubt,but the services from the staff are not being provided at all. Like the nearest hospital is very big and provides good treatment, so you need to improve your services so that the patient and his family do not face any kind of problem. And whenever any patient comes, the staff should provide good services to everyone so that the patient and his family feel comfortable. As,whoever is coming here to get treatment is getting it done by paying money, no one is getting anything done for free, so please take whatever issue it is seriously and resolve it.

I had a horrible experience during my wife treatment. Doctors and staff are fully focused on money making. They will take fees in the name of Senior doctor and will make you go through juniors. Senior doctor will give you maximum 1 - 2 minutes time and won't even have direct conversation with the patient, they will listen your doubts through their juniors, which will never really pass the information through a patient to the doctor. Money making is the primary goal. Your health is the least priority here. For them you are just a source of money. Please stay safe !
