Going to Fortis and getting myself treated there was God send. Though the admission process is time taking but everything after that is smooth. Special thanks to Dr Himanshu and his team . Appreciation for Dr Salil Jain and his dialysis centre which runs smoothly under the supervision of Technicians and nurses. A special mention of Head technicians Ashwin,Sahib Kamal and Anuj who don't sit for a minute but are always on their toes checking on patients. God bless you all.

A typical 5 star hospital. I admitted here for some treatment. I choose super premium room here. Little expensive but they accept most of the health insurance. I am satisfied with the treatment. Doctors are good. Food is good. Staff is also good. (Aman, Ali, Anand, Vijay)

We came all the way from Congo Drc for my father's surgery at Fortis Hospital, and we are deeply grateful for the outstanding care we received. Dr. Narola performed a great surgery with professionalism and compassion. His follow-up was excellent, and he always took time to explain each step clearly. It was an amazing experience with Dr Atul mittal and his clinical team. Nursing team was very attentive and soft spoken. They exactly knew how to get things done. My son surgery and entire stay was very comfortable. Ps- Just few hiccups at the time of admission else every step was so good. Housekeeping services are outstanding

The medicines in the hospital are very effective. There are many nurses that will attend to care for you. I would prefer if more time was spent explaining what medicines were being put in my body and what I was diagnosed with. Surprisingly the food was good, not great, but definitely better than the food in America. I would have preferred a quicker turn around for discharge but I understand there are lengthy processes. The nurse in charge was Mr. Sumit, Sister Anu, and Sister Structure.

The dialysis unit is extremely well-maintained and hygienic. The entire staff is polite, professional, and very supportive. A special mention to Sweta for her caring nature and calm attitude - she truly made the experience much more comfortable. Thank you for the excellent care!

I visited fortis hospital this week. It was crowded as if there was some event happening,no parking space ,lot of people -turns out there are so many people who are suffering from this deadly virus of cancer,a sight no one wants to see. I visited there to help my sister who was getting her chemo done. Well I wasn't there in the visiting hours still so much rush.i looked for parking everywhere and asked for help ,fortis people said can't anything and pay for valet . I did that it was Rs100/ When I was leaving the main exit they again asked me for parking Charges ,I said I paid 100,they said it was valet and here you need to pay about her 60. I said even valet used your surface. Valet service is just not about taking car but they take car and park in the same facility,thats how valet functions everywhere.They're making and taking a lot of money from patients already and this only seems like another parking scam ,another way . The guards were rude and I hated this system. It's not about paying 160/ but the reason was not vied and justified . We all know how hospitals are minting money and how they make there bills and that starts from the entrance --parking . Fortis authorities should take an immediate action.
