Dr. Dr. Kartikeya Bhargava | Leading Expert in Electrophysiology and Pacing

Doctor is very good but the hospital management is worst. Felt like visiting a public hospital with no administration and very bad management. You are made to visit at least 6-7 counters for everything. If you are visiting this hospital consider full day is gone. Worst part is the staff including billing, administrative, nursing staff, all are very insensitive, non cooperative. Felt like they have designed their processes in a very rigid and non-empathetic manner. Eg. if you visit to hospital for a post surgery dressing, you have to get billing for visiting nursing station only for checking vitals that takes 1 hour only to get the vitals, after that again stand in billing queue for another hour for dressing billing process. If given choice I never want to visit medanta hospital for doctor visit but will prefer to visit its doctor in their private clinics.

Dr kartikeya bhargav is very good and very best doctor in India yesterday I will come from ims b.h.u Varanasi to medanta gudgown pt puls rate was 180 per minute . today procedure RFA radio frequencies ablation done by the most renowned and India best doctor kartikeya bhargava.pateint pulse rate 80per minutes I am very happy for meeting the pt . Heartiest good wishes. And thanks alots to Dr kartekey bhargava.thanks He was very good and shoft Nature. Now pt is very good and everything is normal .

I consulted him via online for my father who has a pacemaker. I have never met such a rude person in my entire life. He is not even ready to listen to patient nor the time to go through medical records. His attitude is such that he thinks he is the best. Basic etiquettes and behaviour is absent in this doctor. I advise others to never consult this doctor. These type of people are only money minded and have no concern for a person's health.

Very soft spoken person gives adequate time to the patient.His diagnosis is perfect . He is a good listener.Best doctor in Delhi NCR Will definitely recommend.

Doctor is good but the management is poorly handled. His assistants have a very arrogant air surrounding them and are completely oblivious to human courtesy, despite working in premium healthcare. Highly disappointed by the staff and his PA Ms. Supriya. They donot know how to handle anxious patients waiting in anticipation and maintain a vast communication gap at all times. The staff desperately needs a crash course in people management.

He is just a plainly unprofessional individual who has no concept of how to treat people. All they do is rob people and act inappropriately around patients. Additionally, he employs a subpar assistant who mistreats patients and engages in physical assault against them. If I didn't want to waste my time and money on such useless people, I would report them, but I don't. Please think about using a different physician or hospital.He should also be aware of the fundamentals of how to interact with patients if he is a doctor. He has gained wealth by mugging people, and he has used that wealth to further his own career. Without this, he would not be where he is now.Medanta used to be a fantastic hospital at first, but as they gained more financial success, they stopped treating patients and instead hired and promoted useless doctors.
