Dr. CK Birla Hospital, Gurgaon

I recently underwent gall bladder surgery at CK Birla Hospital, Gurgaon, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my stay. The entire medical team, especially Dr Mayank Madan, Dr Saurabh, Saurabh Tiwary and all the nurses (Hema) and cleaning staff , demonstrated remarkable professionalism, compassion, and efficiency throughout the process. My surgeon ensured I was well-informed and comfortable before the procedure, and the nursing staff was incredibly attentive during my recovery, always ready to help with a smile.

Super busy hospital. Early morning is good for Preventive Health check up. Cleaning staff is amazing as the washrooms & the corridors are constantly kept spic & span despite the heavy footfall. The coordinators who strut around in black business suits as managers of OPD or PHC are actually moving around the place in order to locate, guide and assure the patients. The medical staff and the nursing contingent are adept and kind. The infrastructure especially doors/knobs need attention as the door at the clinic for Pap Smear wasn't working!! And the attendant had to stay at the door guarding!!! While the procedure was conducted on me. As several functions are outsourced, the hospital functions well like a well oiled machine but I missed an overarching ethos/vision or mission ( maybe I missed any visual depictions). In particular Vishwanth Pattanaik was on his toes while multitasking between handling billing at the reception and coordinating the movement of the PHC candidates of the day. The security is friendly but hopefully not lax! The food is good as I enjoyed my toast & omelette breakfast as parr of the PHC Platinum Pack which I purchased today. 5 consultations are due which is great. Tjis is great value for our hard earned money especially post menopausal women to whom I recommend this package as a birthday gift to themselves! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at CK Birla Hospital, Gurgaon, for the exceptional care and support we received during our recent medical experiences. I underwent robotic surgery last month, and just yesterday, my wife had the same procedure. In both cases, the experience was smooth, reassuring, and highly professional. A special thanks to Dr. Mayank Madan and Dr. Saurabh Garg for their outstanding surgical expertise and patient-focused approach. Their calm demeanor and clear communication helped ease our concerns and made us feel we were in the best hands. We are also extremely appreciative of Saurabh Tiwari, our coordinator, who ensured that every step--from admission to discharge--was seamless. His proactive coordination, constant availability, and empathy truly made a difference in our overall experience.

Note- This is NOT a paid feedback. I had my ACL surgery done from CK birla , Gurgaon by Dr Debashish Chanda. Pre and post OP service was awesome. Dr had his own team starting from TPA to physiotherapist. Nursing staffs were very responsive and polite in nature. Cleannesses at hospital was awesome. My admission and discharge was as smooth as possible, practically no issue. I would like to also thank Dr Monk from Dept of Orthopaedic, Abhimanyu from TPA team and Dr Nitesh from Physiotherapy team.

We recently welcomed our second child at CK Birla Hospital, and just like our first in 2017, the experience was outstanding. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the entire team for making this journey so memorable and smooth. Having been associated with CK Birla Hospital since our first delivery in 2017, returning here for our second child felt like coming home. Dr. Aruna Kalra has been nothing short of a guardian angel for us. Her expertise, calm demeanour, and genuine warmth have guided us safely through both our pregnancies--back in 2017 and now in 2025. Her presence brings immense confidence and comfort, and we are incredibly grateful for her continued care and guidance. We can't thank enough Dr. Aruna for being candid yet compassionate and dealing with us like a family, words can't express our gratitude to her. A special mention to Shankar and Sakshi from the Admission and Counselling team who ensured our entire experience--from admission to discharge--was seamless. Their coordination, clarity, and warm approach made all the difference during such an emotional time. Both Shankar and Sakshi ensured that services are top notched , Our heartfelt gratitude for their customer first Mindset. The Nursing staff at CK Birla is outstanding. We would especially like to appreciate Akshita, who took care of mother and the baby during our post-delivery stay. Her attentiveness, empathy, and proactive care touched our heart. She responded to every need with kindness and speed, making mother's recovery much easier. The overall Nursing staff response time on call was really quick and swift. Uma ji, the head nurse, checked in regularly to ensure everything was in place and offered help whenever needed. Her involvement showed the level of personal care the hospital extends to each patient. A big thank you to Housekeeping staff, would like to call out specially Santoshi ji. Her dedication and ownership in keeping our room clean and comfortable went above and beyond. She brought not just cleanliness but a smile and warmth to our stay. Lastly, Dr. Shreya has been our go-to pediatrician for both our children right from birth. She has played a pivotal role in our parenting journey, always approachable and reassuring, and continues to be an important support system for us. Our overall experience at CK Birla Hospital has been incredibly positive. The professionalism, empathy, and dedication shown by every team member reaffirm why we chose this hospital again. Thank you for helping us welcome our little one into the world with such love and care.

I think I just can't switch the hospital because of amazing doctors that this hospital has. Dr Astha Dayal- she is an amazing person and doctor. Words can't express how good she is. She is just an exceptional doctor at her work. My mom in law and my wife got their surgeries done through her and Dr Astha handles the situation and explains vey well to the patients. My wife's pregnancy journey has been smooth, all because of Dr Astha. We are glad that we found her as our doctor.

I had an amazing experience at CK Birla Hospital. Every staff member across all departments was extremely cooperative and supportive throughout our journey. A special thanks to Dr. Aruna Ma'am and Dr. Shreya Ma'am for their exceptional care and guidance. The NICU nurses were incredibly compassionate and took great care of our little one. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Shankar Sir and the entire team from Billing, Admission, and TPA departments for making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The hospital staff ensured that we were comfortable at every step, and their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. Had an excellent experience at the CK Birla Hospital during my health checkup. Mr Biswanath has been great, right from booking the appointment, sharing the relevant information and ensuring a smooth experience with all checkups. All other medical staff in all departments were very caring and supportive as well.
