Absolutely horrible experience. Practo showed a doctor with 20+ years of experience, but when we arrived, it looked like we were handed over to someone who wasn't even close to qualified -- more like a trainee at best. They made my 14-year-old child undergo every major test imaginable -- dengue, malaria, pneumonia, hepatitis, and more -- not once, but twice in 3 days. Despite all reports being completely normal, they had no diagnosis, no clarity, and no proper medication to bring the fever down. Just guesswork and repeated tests. This isn't just poor service -- it's medical negligence and emotional trauma. Total misuse of trust and money. Practo seriously needs to audit the doctors they list. Will never trust this platform again.

Here staff and doctors very friendly behavior, I came here many time , here facilities very good , If I have need any type of medical help I will like to come here and here medication very affordable for me . Here is a staff Dipanshu is very cooperative and helpful and also other reception and nursing staff very polite . After come here I am very happy

Very shady hospital, it was very evident and clear from every one faces that all they want is to make money out of their patients. That didn't give me a feel of a proper clinic, it was very shady. I booked through practo for some other dr. who was not there and I had to see a dr. so I booked with available dr. they had that time. I asked them to give sufficient medication only, no extra, but when I got back home they had given me extra medicines just to make the bill hefty. I just had diarrhoea, and they had recommended me 4-5 injections drips, 4-5 tests, which seemed so unnecessary. It was very clear that they were just there to make money, they do not care about patients.

I hit the jackpot with this clinic. The doctors are kind, humble, accepting, and non judgemental. My treating doctor is Dr. Sawhney, who is no less than a sweetheart. Always smiling. Very patient and all ears to what I've to say. The staff is equally gentle and kind. I feel physical pain immensely, as simple as basic blood work/injections. If you ever have to get injected, ask for Payal. You won't even feel the prick. Dipanshu has been equally patient with me! I highly recommend this clinic!

I visited for a simple cold and was shocked to be advised a long list of unnecessary tests--CBC, LFT, IGT, ESR, and more. On top of that, I was prescribed high doses of medication, including steroids with a nebulizer, just for a basic sinus infection. When I questioned the need for these tests, the doctor casually said, "Oh, you can get them if you wish," which only confirmed my doubts. Why would anyone need liver and glucose tests for a cold? It's clear they're prioritizing profit over patient care. Even someone with no medical background can see through this.

Most unprofessional Dr Rinkesh and the clinic as well. They have cancelled our appointment twice and that too once when we travelled all the way 45 mins and when we were outside the clinic only , his staff member Ajay called and said doc has left. They don't think before wasting anyone's time and health emergency. I would recommend to don't book this clinic visit directly or via Practo

Doctor Ajit Jain is really an amazing doctor as well as a nice person, tells the exact thing what to do and what things to avoid ...and their staff Ms. Payal Tyagi is really helpful and nice.

I was extremely disappointed when the doctor canceled our appointment last minute, especially after we had already arrived outside the clinic. This was the second time it happened, and each time we were told it was due to an "emergency." It's frustrating to take time off and make arrangements only to be left waiting without any clear communication. Don't accept appointment at this clinic. Very unprofessional of the Dr Rinkesh. Took special off from office me and my husband both for this appointment. You don't respect somebody's time and efforts.
