I wish to complain about a serious error by your medical shop. The doctor prescribed a sugar-free syrup for a throat infection, but your staff (medical literates ) provided a syrup containing sugar, which is harmful to a diabetic patient. This negligence could have severe consequences. Please investigate and take immediate action to prevent such mistakes in the future.

Dr. Vishal Parashar is the most fabulous doctors I've ever met. He guided you, mentors you and treats you well. However the nursing staff is unprofessional. You ask them details of your own medicines and they feel irritated and give no answer. That is just one of the few incidents to mention. Receptionist uncle, no matter how poor your physical health condition looks like, preaches you for small issues, comments you like a policeman.

Pharmacy feedback, last month i have given the prescription to pharmacy at sarvoday clinic and the Pharma person didnt gave me one medicine which was prescribed by the doctor. due to which my treatment has got affected. as i have not taken that medicine for entire month.
