The facilities and treatment in Nephrology department are excellent and the behaviour of the staff, cordial and welcoming. The team of doctors is highly professional. The experience during the treatment for CKD of my 20-year old son has been truly overwhelming.

Ohh god the worst doctor I had ever seen in my life , the story start from 15/3/2025 when me and my father who is end stage kidney failure patient reached him in afternoon, se we started talking him he doesn't give shit about our medical history and our concern and just saying that you are foolish you dont know about you disease and from very first time he told us to get admitted he said first got admitted then only I can say anything we denied to admit on the same day and told to admit day after tomorrow I.e 17/03/2025 on that statement he got frustrated and told us (KAISE LOG HO TUM BIMARI ME BHI YE SOCH RAHE HO KI ADMIT HONA BHI HAI YA Nahi ) and from first time he asked abou our policy and my father has 6 year old intact policy (no claimed till we reached him ) as he saw that out our policy is fresh and new he started looting us he and his team mate DR B.K UPADHYAY (another fraudsater) kept us 8 day admitted in hospital , they kept them doing my father unnecessary test which were not needed anymore , as we first time reached him we have ultrasound report from our local centre in which kidney is show small , shrunken and hard, but dr bk and Jitendra did kidney biopsy to my father which never need as he already know VERY WELL FROM DAY THAT MY FATHER HAS NO CHANCE TO SURVIVE HIS ONGOING KIDNEYS AND HE NEED TRANSPLANT OR DIALYSIS IN FUTURE but this fraudster never got to know us that , he and his fraud team just kept buttering us , after all the waste and unnecessary test I discharged my father on 24/3 and they told to visit us after 3 days in opd after 3 days me and my father went to dr Jitendra but this snake is not present that day so we meet another snake I.e bk upadhyay we showed him our biopsy report done which by him only , he didn't read any report and just said ki thik ho jaoge ye vo , THEN ME AND MY FATHER RAINED THE LIST OF QUESTIONS ON HIM , he just said dr Jitendra bitayenge ( after all the scenario he does not told the truth that you can't be recovered you need transplant or something) I just wasted my 1.50 lakh rupees ,total fraud nephrology team in accord hospital I request please never ever visit to these money looters they are just money minded businessmen, I you are living in Faridabad or in Delhi ncr go for other hospital much more good options available in Delhi max,apollo etc . But never ever go to them , they will not tell about your disease and outcomes and result of disease or treatment, PLEASE KOI BHI NA JAYE BAAKI AAP LOGO KI MARZI THANKYOUUUUU.
