We traveled from abroad for my father's treatment at Amrita Hospital Faridabad and had an exceptional experience. Dr. Manav Suryavanshi was outstanding--professional, patient, and kind throughout. We're grateful for the successful surgery and his unwavering support. A special thank you to Sagar Viswakarma, who went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring our stay was smooth and stress-free. He was always available to assist us even after hours and on weekends. We're also thankful to Mr. Harinder and his team, our agents who introduced us to Amrita Hospital and were always available to check on us and offer guidance. The hospital itself is world-class--immaculate, well-organized, and staffed by friendly professionals. The rooms and facilities are top-notch, and the availability of restaurants and cafes on nearly every floor added to our comfort. To the entire team, including those behind the scenes whom we didn't meet: thank you for turning a challenging journey into a positive experience. My family and I are now back home, and my father is recovering well. We carry only beautiful memories of Amrita Hospital. I would definitely recommend Amrita Hospital to anyone with any type of ailment as it is a multi- specialty hospital.

I can't say enough good things about this hospital. Every visit has been a great experience, thanks to the combination of a highly qualified medical team and a wonderfully supportive staff. What I find most impressive is their ethical approach; there's no pressure for unnecessary tests or surgical procedures. They provide focused, effective treatment, which is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking honest and professional medical care.

Review - (2/5) The hospital has a massive building with great infrastructure, but the service quality is disappointing. Nurses: Friendly and well-behaved, but not serious about their duties. Despite multiple calls, they take too long to attend to patients. Staff Behavior: They roam around and talk unnecessarily as if they are in a public park, leading to slow service. Mosquito Issue: Complained about mosquitoes in the room, but the response was slow. A staff member came after 6-7 hours with a temporary solution (mosquito killer), but it didn't help. Requested a repellent, but it was not provided. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff are doing a better job compared to others. Overall: The hospital looks great from the outside, but the service quality is below standard. If you're here, just enjoy the view from the window because the staff won't be much help!

I'm Menseh daughter/attendant to patient Mrs Victoria from Liberia, West Africa precisely Yekepa Nimba County. My mom, after suffering from serious pain for over 2 years, was diagnosed of severe Osteoarthritis of right hip and knee at the UROCARE Liberia specialist clinic, which required that she undergo total hip and knee replacement surgery aboard. On Jan 3rd, 2025, we arrived in India and were picked up from the airport by SAMI, Mr Vikram and his beautiful wife Priyanka, and Mr Sagar who were in charge of making sure that our stay was very comfortable and they showed us so much hospitality. These great people are not just experts in what they do but also counselors who were always willing to listen to our inquiries and assist in whatever way possible. On Jan 11, 2025, a successful surgery was performed by Dr Mrinal Sharma, Chief Robotic knee and hip replacement surgeon and his great team. This was a life changing moment for us and I am overjoyed to know that my mom can live a pain free life once again. The health care givers are very professional in their duties and this alone, was great for the recovery process. Dr Karma has been so great with the physiotherapy to enhance her recovery process as well. This life's saving journey won't have been successful without the great health care facilities and experts at the Amrita Hospital. The experience at amrita hospital was very pleasant, I had a patient here who was treated for Hodkins lymphoma, international desk team was very kind and professional,my contact person, Pankaj Kumar,was exceptionally good,and my interpreter Sagar was equally good he made my stay in hospital very pleasant and easy everything moved according to plan thanks so much guy ,I can refer a friend any time.
