There is no option for zero star, extremely unempathetic staff especially when it comes to TPA services, NITIN Verma the TPA Staff denied cashless and forcefully asked me to deposit money, after multiple to and fro I had a cashless claim id generated all by myself to which he doesn't know how to send an email. Eventually I had to pay cash and cancel the claim id and finally go for reimbursement because this hospital is being run by staff who is foolish, illiterate, unempathetic & they have a hubris while talking as if they know all but they don't. So if you want to beat your head in wall go there otherwise choose a well managed hospital

no one should go there by mistake When it comes to hospital we expect team of doctors who is well educated with good skills and etiquette but the experience here was worst. Or what are the things necessary for them even I would say that they are not good human beings, Being a good doctor is a far cry. They put my mother's life at risk, she couldn't save them and she didn't even bother to order expensive medicines that weren't even usable. No one should go there even by mistake if they want their loved ones to be safe.. Shameless and uneducated employees who don't even know how to talk and are totally immoral. It is very embarrassing to see all the activities being done. poor

Worst Hospital I visited for my Liver Function Test there I was suffering from jaundice from 20 days and already have blood report from another hospital just 2 days back came here for second opinion but there blood report shows my Liver is healthy. Even there Doctor was shocked they event don't know from where they are getting there reports from. If I was not having any previous reports then according to their report I am completely healthy

This is the worst Private hospital i have been to they just give symptomatic treatment and send patient home. Staff there don,t even bother to check vitals in wards. If you are getting admited in this hospital just see how many readings they have written in the file and how many times they are checking your vitals. They just check it ones and write 6-10 readings in 24 hours . Being a private hospital we expect everything to be done & checked in proper way. You will never find any senior doctor there after morning rounds only mbbs doctors will be available. And with there little bit of knowledge they keep saying hospital m jyada din patient ko rakhoge to infection hone k chance h discharge leke ghar le jao. Not happy, just disappointed with the hospital and its staff.

1)Few months back admitted my grandmother there after 2 3 days of hospital admission just went to see her in the evening. After talking to her i came to know she didn't sleep last night. I asked sister there to check her vitals her BP recording was more than 210/110 on 3 consecutive reading. Just asked the doctor there he told sister to give( lasix). I stayed there for 2 3 hour and bp was still high. Dr shift changed another Dr came he asked sister to give amlodipine tablet. I asked him what you people are doing from 2 3 hours her bp is high which was actually high from long time back.(BP above 180/110 is an emergency condition) The dr said last shift dr don't know much. Whn i saw her file reading written there were all normal 120/80 checked 6 to 8 times in a day. When i asked my grandmother she told they checked ones in morning. Then i went and talked to RJ even he knew this much bp is an emergency condition immediatly my grandmother was shifted to ICU. 2)Again i admitted my grand mother there few days back i cheked her file her potassium level was 2.98 on 21/1/24 and 2.95 on 23/1/24 i asked dr there her potassium level is low. He told treatment is added in the chart and checked there was no treatment added. From 2 days her K+ level was low and they did nothing.(normal 3.5 to 5.5) He called senior dr and senior dr asked him to shift her to icu and monitor vitals. When sister checked her vitals her bp reading came out to be 167/110. Dr there gave amlodipine for high bp. After few moment i saw sister writing something in file. When i saw her bp reading all were normal checked 6 to 9 times when i asked my bua ji she said they cheked it ones in the morning. This is the condition of a Private hospital. Taking over relatives to a private hospital we expect so much that we are going to get the best treatment. I am a mbbs graduate from Bangalore medical college. I am just thinking about those patients who don't have much knowledge and taking admission there.

Worst private hospital that i ever visited.. they don't even know how to talk with the family members of the patient. I ask him can you please explain me the current condition of my patient .. He denied and said " m harr kisi ko thodi na btaunga " (Dr.Tiwar) Doctor is too rude .. He don't want to tell anything about patients conditions .. don't even check the vitals properly ...
