Apex Hospital is a very good hospital with excellent facilities available. Dr. Rajat Jain is a great cardiologist who treats patients with great care and his treatment is very good. The hospital staff is very cooperative and attends to patients nicely. The hospital has a very good nursing staff (NS). The doctor, Rajat Jain, is exceptional in his behaviour and is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend seeing him; he will guide you down the right path. However, the dietician at the hospital, Inderjeet Walia, is one of the most unprofessional individual I have ever met; he lacks any sense of decorum and professionalism. I think the doctor should dismiss him as soon as possible to save the hospital's reputation.

Dr Rajat Jain is excellent in his behaviour as well as in his work, he is one of the most efficient cardiologist, supporting staff is caring but so called dietician named Inderjeet Walia is the most inefficient, unprofessional, with poor dealing with patients. Such people can bring bad name to the hospital. Management or the Administration should take appropriate and immediate steps to improve the situation.

My experience with the hospital was very satisfactory. The staff and the doctor were very polite the entire time and proper care was provided.

Totally irresponsible and misbehaving staff, after paid 4 times emergency fees we have to wait more than 1 hour for test and consultation.
