Radiation department staff is sooo poor ...it takes cancer patient time around 5>6 hours by making patient sits on the metal bench . U have to submit ur card around early 8 am and ur turn comes after 3 pm u have to sit and wait above 6 hours or more and staff is also very rude dont know why they cant talk properly with patients just behave like rudely after making patient waited for long hours. Change the staffs and bring good staff whi values their patient and treat them properly

This hospital is extremely poor in quality there are no proper facilities here. We had come here for our father's treatment. They did his biopsy and endoscopy and then told us he had cancer. But when we started his treatment at MAX Hospital and had all investigations done, it turned out he didn't have cancer at all. The doctors here misguide patients. Dr. Jitender Chauhan, who sits at Atal Cancer Care, doesn't know how to talk to patients or their family members. He just takes a free government salary and doesn't do any real work. Also, there is a Dr. Payal in the TB department who speaks to patients in a very rude and disrespectful tone. My request is that something should be done about the situation here because not everyone can afford expensive treatment, which is why they come here. But the behavior of the doctors forces patients to seek treatment elsewhere. Most of the staff here are uneducated and have gotten their jobs through recommendations, not merit. I request to health minister pay attention to the management and functioning of this hospital and take steps to improve it.
Facilities and everything is good . But the behaviour of few employees are genuinely rude. As for example today one of the nursing stand put cannula on my arm and it's paining alot I asked very nicely ma'am could you remove it as it's hurting I'm not able to sleep not able to turn my arm she refused and went on her call back on .
Heart centre billing or reception staff is just spending time by chatting with their colleagues, doesn't care about patients or their attendants time to complete process of admission or discharge. People standing in rows to get the job done but they are busy in chatting. Same thing I have seen in heart centre ICU staff also
I'm extremely disappointed with the condition of your hospital. staff are unresponsive and careless. This level of service is unacceptable in any medical facility. Immediate action is needed.
Cashier in OPD says if you have any problem please talk to PMO in 301. As they are not going to help.
In opd there is only one lady who is making card of 3 lines rest all the staff is on leave bad service
