Dr. Bharti ENT Care Hospital

I visited the ENT hospital before 2 days and was treated by Dr. Bhavin Parikh. I really want to share my feedback -- based on my past visit, he quickly understood my issue without me having to explain much, and his assumption was spot on. He treated me while engaging in friendly conversation, which instantly made me feel better. His cheerful, polite, and friendly nature truly helps patients feel at ease. He also shared some useful precautions to prevent this issue in the future. Really grateful and thankful for such a positive experience!

My mother went through EAR surgery and it was a wonderful experience for us. Dr.Unnikrishnan and Dr.Bhavin are all well experienced,polite and expert in their field.Staff is also good and their behavior is very good. They are much friendly and it's comfortable for us to cooperate with them.Very much cooperative and humble throughout the consultation till surgery and also after that.The nurses and the staffs are also very nice,polite,approachable.The facilities and infrastructure is also good.Would recommend for any ENT related surgery or problems.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. and the reception staff. The doctor is truly exceptional at his work -- he is kind, patient, and never gets irritated no matter how many questions we ask. He always helps us with a friendly and positive attitude, making us feel comfortable and cared for. The reception staff deserves equal praise -- they are incredibly sweet and polite. Even after answering our calls countless times, they are always patient and helpful, which really makes a difference.

The Hospital is in the heart of the city, so everything is readily available. The facilities of the hospital is all good. The Doctors here are well experienced, very caring and humble. My husband had a surgery for septum deviation and polyps today by Dr.Unnikrishnan Nair. We felt so comfortable by the way Doctor has dealt with it. Doctor was so polite and humble while dealing throughout. The Anaesthesiologist was also very caring and warm to my husband. The Nurses and all the staffs are humble and approachable. I would recommend to all for any ENT problems

Very good hospital.The Doctors are all well experienced and polite.I had a nasal blockage and septum deviation surgery on both the side done by Dr.Unnikrishnan Nair. Excellent and expert Doctor. Very much cooperative and humble throughout the consultation till surgery and also after that.The punctuality of the doctors were commendable.Well experienced Anaesthetist and very caring. The nurses and the staffs are also very nice,polite,approachable and always available for help. The facilities and infrastructure is also good. After undergoing three unsuccessful surgeries elsewhere, I finally came to Bharti ENT Hospital, Vadodara--and I can confidently say that this time the surgery was truly successful, thanks to the expertise of Dr. Bhavin Parikh. He is not only highly skilled but also extremely understanding and patient in his approach. The hospital staff and nurses were very supportive throughout my stay. They made the entire experience much smoother and less stressful. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which added to the overall positive environment. My overall experience was excellent, and I am genuinely thankful for the care I received here. I would highly recommend Bharti ENT Hospital to anyone looking for quality ENT treatment in Vadodara.

I visited Bharti ENT Care Hospital on a Wednesday morning due to an ear issue. I first called to check if I could come in for a consultation, and they confirmed I could. When I asked for an appointment, I was told there's no appointment system, just first-come, first-served. I reached the hospital within 15 minutes of my call and provided my details to the receptionist. I was told to wait. After 30 minutes, I asked where I was in the queue and was told I was 9th. I waited patiently. After 1.5 hours, I checked again, now I was 5th. It took over 2 hours just to move from 9th to 5th in line. I had to leave eventually due to work, and I politely asked them to cancel my visit. Now for the other issues: Poor waiting area - The space is cramped, overcrowded, and suffocating. There aren't enough seats, so many people had to stand. Unhygienic washroom - The restroom was filthy and smelled awful, similar to a poorly maintained public toilet. No parking facility - There is no dedicated car parking. You're forced to park on the roadside, which is not only inconvenient but also unsafe. Queue mismanagement - I saw several people who came after me being called in before me, a clear lack of transparency and fairness in managing the queue. Overpriced - I've been here once before with my brother. A simple consultation with basic meds cost 3,000, which is expensive for the kind of service and environment they provide. For a place charging premium prices, I expected far better service and hygiene. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete letdown. I will not be returning and will look for a different ENT clinic. As someone closely associated with several industries in this city, and with my own company employing over 1,200 people, I will be strongly considering blacklisting this hospital from our recommended healthcare options. People deserve better.
