I would like to thanks and appreciate the all MISU security, nurses and doctors for the help and support give to my grandmother during his almost one month treatment. They were very supportive and helpful day and night. Also the cleaning staff and helping lady's have done really good job.

We are highly satisfied with the availability and interaction of Dr. Sanjay Majumdar. The admission process was smooth and well-coordinated. The facilities and care provided in the Tulip Ward post-admission are truly outstanding. However, there are a few areas of concern that need attention. The washroom in the ER department has not been found clean on multiple occasions. Additionally, strict enforcement of mask usage by both patients and attendants in the ER is essential for infection control. It is also advisable to restrict footwear in the ER to maintain hygiene standards.
