Dr. Tristar Hospital Surat

From outside, it seems small ordinary hospital but it is not. The Tristar hospital is one of the superspeciality hospital located in surat. It has every diagnostic facilities and disease therapy available. The cleanliness is very well maintained. All the doctors and staff members are very kind and supportive. Overall, the management is great. It was a nice experience there for full body medical checkup. The prices are very reasonable. So you can definitely consider this hospital.

The hospital is overall clean and the staff is very helpful but services are hell slow. they'll keep on saying 10-15 mins again and again. you expect a much faster services in today's world but all in all , staff is very kind and the building is well maintained

I had excellent experience at Hospital.It's well maintained multi-speciality hospital with all core facilities available. All nursing staff are well trained . Doctors on too were very efficient and always ready to help patients. I was admitted for treatment of Varicose veins Ulcers on both legs on 15th June 2024 Which were from last 10 years I m very much hope full of nice response to the treatment I got at hospital. But above all it's humble nature of Dr Arun Mehra . His approach was very kind his only mission is to cure patient with human touch. I m from Ahmedabad but with reference I came for treatment at Surat .

Nurses and staff is good but at time of discharge bill department never return the deposit amount and tells 2month after u will get back money charges is too high normal person have to sell they house and hold to pay, it's better to go to other hospital rather than this. Outside doctor who visit is good but take treatment in other hospital rather than one they will looting u. Charges are very high than Mumbai hospital. Please don't go they only work for making money. Consult doctor they are good but don't get admitted here if u want to save your money. Please don't go Tristar Hospital....

Great hospital with great service. I was admitted here for dengue and was greeted at the parking lot with a wheelchair. Also here they have self-service. I had to hold my glucose bottle while I was seated in the wheelchair until I reached the room. 10/10 service.

Visited TriStar Hospital in Surat with my wife for our Annual Executive Health checkup. I must commend the Doctors and staff for the warm reception, the professional outlook and precision tests that we underwent seamlessly. There was no waiting period and the premises are immaculately clean and quiet. The courtsey, efficiency and warmth displayed by all the staff of Tristar was amazing. A very special thanks to Dr. Arun Mehra for introducing us to this wonderful hospital.

Additional blood testing charges are high comparatively. Request to keep it reasonable. However other facilities are good. Eye check up Dr. Krishna is too good. Nice advise and good in nature too. Thanks a lot TriStar group..

The facilities in this hospital is very good and efficient. They take care of our appointment on the time and doctors are easily available according to the appointment. I will recommend it !
