Dr. SIMS Hospital

I admitted my cousin brother at this hospital. They do not have value for patient treatment. My brother was suffering from Stone pain as they told us to do treatment at 1 p.m but the doctor came 2 hours late and staff was not proper focus on patient. My brother was getting more pain but still no one was there. Also I called many time nurses but they didn't come for check up. They want only money not patient problem. I humbly request to not to go at this hospital to anyone.

The experience of the hospital was very bad yesterday. The relatives of the patients who are in emergency cases, meaning their siblings, were not allowed to sit in the waiting area which is on the ground floor at 10 30 pm. They said that our rules are that no one can sit in the waiting area after 10 pm. There is a much bigger hospital in Surat than Sims in which no one can say no to sitting in the waiting area.

Very bad experience with me in fact it was horrible while they charge Rs4000/- for only half hours and behaviour of doctor and staff is very rude I thing authorities must take action against this hospital.

They are very kind. They tried to survive my uncle. But medical college is very bed. Jast because my uncle is not survive

Disappointing Experience at Sims Hospital I had a very negative experience at Sims Hospital. The staff was unprofessional and showed little care or empathy towards the patients. The doctors did not bother to update the relatives about the patient's condition, leaving us in the dark. The charges were excessively high, both for the treatment and medications, which seemed unreasonable. On top of that, the security staff treated the patient's relatives as if we were criminals, which was extremely disheartening. The hospital seems more focused on making money than providing quality care. I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience.
