    The hospital provides good service, but the doctors are never on time. The scheduled time is 11 AM, but the doctor consistently arrives at 11:15 or even 11:30 AM. Patients who come on time are forced to wait unnecessarily. While the medical care is satisfactory, the lack of punctuality is very disappointing. Management should take action to ensure doctors respect patients' time.
