Dr. Sushrusha Nursing Home & Multispeciality Hospital

Note:(Bill charges around 4500 per day even though they dont have physician in there hospital they try to keep patient as a customer) Dumb negligence behaviour doctor ever seen in life with arrogance. ****Pranav Nagarsenkar*** !!Worst doctor ever seen with unprofessional behaviour in Ponda Goa area.!! My dad had taken appointment for harnia on 22nd july evening. This doctor has no manners to behave infront of patient and with family members. Don't explain and clear doubts of the operation process and disease to their family members. If asked says " you are not a doctor". He said infront of me when i said i will take my dad to physician as there was emergency health. conditions of my dad due to pressure problems and continuous vomiting. He kept my dad in his clinic till his friend Physician come. The physician came after 3 Hours. My dad has suffered continuous vomiting for 2-3 hours. He verbally said that he can treat heart patients too. But he is General surgeon not Physician. A better option during emergencies is general physicians. Din't allow me to take dad in other hospitals and started insulting. This clearly shows his confidence and how he can treat patients. *As i contested the election in Ponda constituency. For my constituency people as a social worker . My point of view . I don't recommend this doctor.* If such things repeat will suggest people to report to state and national MIC. And also consumer court , as per consumer protection Act 2019, also can file police complaint. Example: Getting Degree as doctor that doesent mean they can treat every patient with different diseases. That means Skin specialist cannot treat heart patients , Dentist cannot treat heart patients , that means general surgeon cannot treat heart patient. Physician can treat heart patients. *So empty vessel cannot be fiiled vessel.* So the one who play with life of patient by doing trial error. Such doctor should be considered empty vessel.

Extremely disappointed with the behavior and policy of this clinic. I had approached them for a second opinion during pregnancy, hoping for a professional and compassionate consultation -- something you'd expect from any reputable medical facility, especially when it comes to such a sensitive and critical time. Unfortunately, not only was the staff dismissive and unwelcoming, but I was also rudely informed that they do not accept second opinion cases. The tone used was completely unprofessional and lacked even basic empathy. A clinic dealing with expectant mothers should be the last place for such cold and arrogant behavior. Patients have the right to seek clarity and confidence in their care. Denying that opportunity -- and doing so in such a rude manner -- is unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a supportive or respectful environment during pregnancy.

Sending millions of thanks to Dr. Sushama Prabhu a very humble person, well experience and very politely doctor I met.... And also the full staff and nurses... I suggest to all women's to visit and consult Dr.Sushama for vaginal treatment...don't hesitate to visit her....

The best hospital with the best gynecologist couple, Dr. Raju Prabhu and Dr. Sushma Prabhu. I had my both babies delivered at the said hopsital. The staff here is also very good, friendly, caring and very helpful. I have already recommend this hospital to my friends and family.

Because of your professionalism and great smiles, I felt like I was in good hands and that gave us peace of mind towards the big day. I would definitely recommend this hospital to family and friends! It's a beautiful environment, very nice and clean.

Our little baby boy is a second child to me, the first one too gave birth at Sushrusha Hospital. I with my wife owe sincere gratitude to Dr. Raju Prabhu and Dr. Sushma Prabhu for making the journey of parenthood simpler and happier. The entire hospital staff gave good care pre and post the delivery. The admissions at mid nights were well taken care by the entire staff. Instead, we were lucky to get parental counselling from both the doctors for last 10 years. The visiting paediatrician Dr. Malya too helped a lot for the baby care. Overall it was a pleasant experience and care from the Sushrusha team. I wish the team success and hapiness in their journey of healthcare.

The charges are exorbitant considering their infrastructure. They want you to pay the bill amount in cash and are hesitant to accept UPI/Card payments. I was told that they pay visiting Doctors in cash and hence do not accept cards/UPI. Seems shady to me. Doctor, staff and nurses were good.
