I was recently admitted at Galaxy Hospital Mapusa and I am glad to share my experience for the care I received. From the moment I came in, I was looked after so well by the doctors, nurses, and support staff. A special thank you to Dr. Jessica Pereira, who truly made a difference during my treatment. She is not only very skilled and knowledgeable but also patient, gentle, and reassuring. Her calm and caring nature gave me a lot of confidence and helped me feel at ease throughout my recovery. The hospital is clean, well maintained and has all the facilities you might need, but what stood out the most was the staff ,they are genuinely caring and helpful. I truly felt safe and comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend Galaxy Hospital to anyone who wants good treatment and a supportive environment.

It's fantastic place for hospitality offer a variety of services, including emergency care, specialized medical care, nursing care, and medical supplies. Galaxy allows family members to stay with patients to help them feel less lonely. It has wheelchair and lifting facilities are awesome. Thanks for the services .

During our vacation in Goa, our 11-year-old son suffered a serious cut on his right leg. It was a distressing moment for us as parents, but thanks to the timely advice of a local driver, we rushed him to Galaxy Hospital in Goa -- a decision that turned out to be a true blessing. At the hospital, we were met by Dr. Christina Joseph, whose calm presence, swift diagnosis, and expertise brought us immense relief. She immediately advised a surgical procedure (Debridement and Suturing) and handled the entire situation with remarkable professionalism, empathy, and care. Dr. Christina Joseph went above and beyond in ensuring not just a successful treatment for our son, but also emotional support for us as a family. Her dedication, kindness, and clear communication made a world of difference during such a difficult time. We also want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the entire staff at Galaxy Hospital -- from the nurses to the administrative team -- for their prompt assistance, warmth, and outstanding care. The counter staff is worst. They are not picking up any calls that I had tried calling more than hundred times for the emergency need and by mistake Lee, they have received my two calls and they were cracking jokes behind, and they did not know that they have received my call by mistakely I tried calling them more than hundred times as it was urgent, and when they receive my call around 5:30 Deva, so rude saying me that we are sitting here with the salary. We are not sitting free of cost and all, but they are not proper and their work. I would like to request the owner and whoever handles the hospital. Please put some polite peoples for your staff.

I am Antonio Menezes from Altinho Mapusa. Goa. While on my first day of my vacation my own German Shepard attacked me tearing off my left hand arm and a few cuts on the right hand causing lost of blood and inability to move my fingers. I was rushed to the emergency at the Mapusa Galaxy hospital immediately. The staff on duty gave me a very good and quick treatment and they contacted Dr. Christina Joseph. The operation was organized professionally and a day later I could move my fingers. Apart from the staffs (day & night shifts) who have been so caring and available every minute , Dr. Christina Joseph has put in humanity, love , care and attention to add to the perfect medication to give me the confidence to the process of recovery. I don't know what more to say and maybe, words are not enough to express my gratitude. I wish Dr. Christina Joseph, all the very best in her life and her professional career.

I had an elbow dislocation on a Sunday evening & Dr Christina Joseph attended to me along with an anesthetist which is rare in hospitals these days on a Sunday late night. The next day the surgery was performed & am on the road to recovery . She is v competent & compassionate & took care even post surgery. Best orthopedic hospital in goa. Thank you & god bless you all.
