One of the best gynaecologists in Mapusa Dr.Poonam Neogi highly recommended, Budget Friendly Hospital, Especially For Middle Class People, Dr.Suyash & Other 4-5 Senior Nurses were very much helpful & supportive.

While the doctors at this hospital are knowledgeable and professional, they are best, my experience with the nursing staff was disappointing. Many of the nurses seemed to lack proper communication skills, and their behavior often came across as lazy and moody. It felt like they were not attentive to patients' needs, which was frustrating. Additionally, the hospital's cleanliness was a major concern. There are black fungal mold in certain areas, and overall, the hygiene standards were far below what I expected. Wash room are very dirty. It's clear that the hospital needs to invest more in both staff training and maintaining a cleaner, healthier environment for patients. Hospital needs to update. HORRIBLE filthy dirty VERY OLD hospital. Mould and dirt all over the walls. DISGUSTING place. If you go in healthy you come out sick. If you go in sick you probably die. They always claim they are understaffed and so they don't offer regular hospital care, like cleaning the bedpan. They say the family of the patient has to do that. They don't provide food either. Again the family has to do that. The doctor is one of those crazy anti-vaxers. What kind of educated real doctor discourages patients from getting proper health care??? If you don't want a vaccine don't take it, but don't tell other people not to. The hospital requires you to leave your shoes outside. SO UNHYGIENIC!! AVOID this backward dump.

Doctors are really good, very polite. But, the staff is very rude, they speak very insultingly to patients and those who accompany them. They have 0 manners.

The reception staff is unprofessional and rude ! A patient requested the nurse to check her bp and the nurse rudely said "later" and continued scrolling through her social media ! These people are highly unprofessional and don't know how to talk to patients! I hope Dr. Neogi is reading these reviews because every other person has also complained about the reception staff and nothing has been done about it. Pathetic experience.

OPD timings are odd Dr Pushker S. Neogi is present between 12:30pm to 4:30pm.... But arrives way after 1pm Dr. Poonam P. Neogi is present between 11:00am to 1:00pm... Again Depending on urgency it varies.... So be ready to wait...patients need patience!!!

Poor Facilities, Reception staff has a "Care a Damn Approach". No Proper system of taking names. Anyone Comes and gets preferance over waiting people. Not Recomended.
